Yes I was able to get my car washed and vacuumed and enjoy some good music while tending to my car however it does come with a little chaos. The vacuum area was super crowded and when I pulled into one spot I was told that it didn't work so I moved. The spot that I moved to was no better because the lady next to me was using my vacuum and the guy on the other side of me was using the other one. I kind of figured it out once I left though, people back in and use the vacuum on the driver side. Anyway, I'll be trying out other carwashes in the area to find the one that fits me best. read more

My card has been getting double charged for 1 year. They have overbilled me 254 dollars for another account not even in my name. I got the license plate and account number of the other account that is getting their service at my cost. Called the 800 number was put on hold then they hung up. Watch the billing they will charge you twice for something you never signed up for. read more

I have been a customer for about three years now with multiple vehicles. Service is usually good but here recently it has been going down the drain especially when I get this one employee that is always moping around or on the phone. Happy Happy Joy JOY!! My favorite car wash is FINALLY on my side of town!!!! My car was in desperate need of a wash. Luckily I went to an event that was at night yesterday because my car was starting to turn from gray to brown from all the dirt on it! Inside needed a little vacuum love too. Just curious, I searched Yelped for BW and lo and behold, I noticed that there was one off the beltway. Could it be??? Near ME???!! Went to map and to my luck, it was! As I was driving, I remembered that I saw the outer workings of the business being built a couple of months ago. I had forgotten to see if they had opened. Went to the website to make sure they were actually listed as open too before I made the decision to drive out of my way. Seeing the Bluewave sign always makes my heart happy. I've never had a bad watch from any location Ive visited. It is completely true that you can guarantee your wash will be stellar for 48 hours, but let me backtrack...I had read on the website that BW has a VIP reward program where your 6th wash is free. I almost forgot to ask when I pulled up to the machine where they had someone taping down back wipers and removing antennas for customers as well as helping them with their transactions. After I had paid, I mentioned my interest in the VIP program. The attendant took my name and said she would take care of it and bring the card to me after the wash. After my wash (which took less than a two minutes), I was wiping down my vehicle and as promised, I was given my card! I'm now a Bluewave VIP! and the 6th wash will be free! I always like to wipe excess water off my vehicle and do a little detailing. I love the fact that the lanes are wide and there are vacuums on each side that are long enough to reach the back and front of the vehicle. There are also trashcans nearby each stall by the vacuums, and a handy mat holder housed by the vacuums for you to easily clean them STANDING UP versus stooping down and making them even dirtier on the sidewalk or ground. Genuis I tell ya!! Detailing and vacuuming was a breeze since the vacuums are brand new and suck really hard. The suction of the vacuums are so strong that my shop towel almost disappeared! Only problem that I had with the vacs is that when I dropped it down in the crevices of my seat, I pulled it out and noticed brown stains on my seat! I quickly took one of my shop towels and wiped it off (with pressure) so the stain wouldnt set. I also wiped off the vac hose as well. Next time I will just do that automatically before I start to vacuum because everyone doesnt respect public places like I do...it would be nice if BW wiped the vaccums off each night, but I dont expect it. I didnt take a star away for the stain...well maybe half a star. I took the other one away for the loud humming of the vaccums. I mean it is REALLY LOUD--like you're on the airplane strip waiting for takeoff!!! They run constantly so there is no relief from the humming. I almost grabbed my headphones to block out some of the sound, but didnt feel like digging in my gym bag for them. Next time I will! Besides the vac stain and loudness of the vacs, detailng took half the time! The dryer from the car wash had gotten most of the water off my ride, and I only need to spray my tire wall shiner on because the basic wash INCLUDES tire cleaning--and it actually cleans those pesky rims shiny clean! No other basic car wash can even compare in value! Besides a great value and wash, my heart enjoyed seeing the manager helping an elderly lady wipe water off the top of her vehicle and remove the tape that was used to secure her back wipers. Great too see people helping other people! My newfound go to place to keep my ride drippin with Finesse! Its near me, affordable, quick, and makes washing ever so convenient with a reward program for free washes?! Spending my dollars here just makes sense! read more

I have had a membership for about four years, on my last visit their brush machine broke off my rear wiper arm. A report was made, and a few days later a customer service rep called me to say they were not liable for the damage because the wiper arm was already broken when I went into the car wash. They walk around the car before you go into the car wash, why did they not stop me from using their car wash. The rep told me the user assumes the risk of damage to the car, most of all the rep was rude and uncaring. I have since canceled my membership. read more

Employees are lazy. 1 they never have towels. I payed for towels when I was my car and every time I go they have no towels. Employees are never in the office. NEVER!!!! Quick quack damaged my car so that wash is out of the question. Mister car wash doesn't wash my car completely, here? My suv gets cleaned right. The vacuum stations here are great and have nice suction. It's not close to where I live but I'll make the drive to get a nice wash in between hand details. They are doing great at social distancing for the vacuum stations by closing them off close to each other. So the stall next to you will not have a car by. Great job at this location. read more

I came here for the first time today and purchased the $12 wash. It's a newer business and the vacuums are great, but I didn't care for the overall experience. The girl who swiped my card didn't even speak. The actual wash seemed very rushed. It felt like it was literally only one minute and your car isn't anywhere near dry upon exiting the wash. I figured they'd at least have towels to dry your wet car, but nope... If you don't mind a dripping wet vehicle after leaving, go for it. I'll stick with Fall Creek Carwash, which I've used since they first opened. Prices are the same, they have drying towels, employees who speak and the process doesn't seem so rushed. Oh, and you can also pay additional to have your vehicle detailed (which I didn't see as an option at Blue Wave). read more

B&W stowaway trailer goes under my rear bumper. Makes no sense to me since I have been going to this and other bluewave car washes for more than 5yrs+.  Now Regional office rep. Tells me, Rick Fuentes, I need to take it off. Well, I would rather use coin operated car wash or full service wash elsewhere, for I'm sure they don't give me the same BS.  Canceled membership. This was my favorite car wash (I'm an Endless Wave member) until they instituted the most absurd and unnecessary traffic control system ever. It's patently insulting for BlueWave to believe people can't figure out how to drive their cars in and out of the car wash. They "fixed" what wasn't broke. There's no signage pointing the way through their newly created maze and the workers are clueless how to direct traffic and effectively communicate the "what" and "why" of their new mess. It's a shame because before this unforced error of a business mistake, I would have given them 5 stars. read more

I have been coming here for about a year now and most times the customer service is great. Today however, that's has all changed. While waiting in line to enter the car wash there was an older white gentleman with white facial hair who was directing the cars in. He was not allowing for any space between the cars and since no car wash likes to be responsible for damages I decided to wait until the car in front of me was a little further into the wash to create space. The gentleman decided that this was a problem and began to stomp on the ground and become visually aggressive. I will not be returning to this car wash after today's display of unprofessional service. read more

Pulled in at 7:40 pm and a guy was sitting on a large blue ball where you would pull into the car wash. He waved his hand under his neck letting us know they were closed. The hours clearly say they close at 8 pm. Either the hours need to be updated or the staff needs to keep the place open until closing time. This would have been my first time here, but after that unprofessional experience, I'll never return nor recommend it to anyone. read more

This place has absolutely no sense of urgency! Employees can see long lines waiting for long periods of times and they have absolutely no care in the world to try to speed up anything. I see them describing every single detail on the board which o think is ridiculous when you have super long lines curving around the lot!! Not sure about the bad reviews because this is the best "express" car wash I've been to. They use plenty of water which ensures minimal scratching. My only concern is the air blowers. They are super strong and made my hood and roof bend inwards while they were going under them. It didn't permanently deform but I can see it potentially happening. Additionally, the vacuum cleaners are very strong and shaped so that they can reach the nooks and crannies around a car's seats. read more

I was just informed very rudely that I couldn't take my truck thru the wash because I had a tow hitch. It was a surprise because I have taken my trucks there since they opened. I called their customer service number and they informed me that it's their new company wide policy because it could damage their equipment. I guess their equipment is more valuable than their customers. I ended up taking my truck to Fall Creek car wash across the street and they had no problems with my hitch. They even offer free dry cloths and windex for their customers. I guess that's how much THEY value their customers. I'll never take my 5 vehicles to BlueWave. After many years of loyalty I get treated rudely and told my vehicle is not welcome there because I have a tow hitch. C'mon...we're in Texas. 90% of trucks have a hitch! read more

Went by for the Grand Opening and got a free wash. Great service and I was surprised to see how affordable the monthly packages are; $20 a month for unlimited washes? Yes, please! And free vacuums are a plus! The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. The manager talked to me for awhile and seemed really professional and extremely polite. Worse service ever! Old white guy with facial hair was rude . I asked him to bring in my right mirror as I was usually asked by other car wash places. He threw up his hands like an old woman and yelled "NOT MY PROBLEM!" So I rolled down my window and pointed to the mirror without saying a word and he yelled even louder "NOT MY PROBLEM!" After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, the guy tells me I need to remove my hitch I say to him that's fine but how come your buddy that's in front of me with a pickup truck and has a hitch he don't not have to remove it. He's reply was that's his friend and he's truck been through this car wash before. After making a report to the facility and then discussing the issue with the regional manager, totally unwilling to accept any responsibility.
