I left a message and within hours he called me to schedule a time to come over with his roofing specialist. Part of the problem was a pile of leaves in a portion where two slopes converged. However, with the age of the roof, some of the tiles split and the paper below was torn. I'm sure our solar panels made required additional caution as well. We scheduled a day for Manny's crew to do their work and it was concluded, and cleaned up well before sunset. Besides the roof he caulked additional areas vulnerable to the same issues. I waited a month before writing this review because often it's not the work that determines the character of a contractor but his response to calls after the fact. Manny passed admirably and I will certainly use him again on upcoming projects. I asked for a bid on future painting and saw the same attention to detail as in this project. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Manny to anyone for any project.

This company made that far harder than it needed to be. From scheduling to mitigation, restoration, and build back, every stage had problems. 1. Scheduling. Coordination between their field crews and their own office was consistently poor. Their scheduling contact, Anna, would go days without providing updates. When I called to check in, she was short with me on the phone, then would call back saying a crew could come "tomorrow" with little to no notice. Managing this project became a part-time job for me. I even offered to help by providing available times myself. In one instance, after days of silence, I called to ask how to proceed. She said she'd check and get back to me. She never did. The next day, a crew showed up unannounced. My tenant had no idea they were coming because nothing had been confirmed with us in advance. 2. Mitigation. The third-party contractor they sent out did not bring fans or dehumidifiers to the job. When I called to ask where that equipment was, I was told they were on-site. They weren't. A separate visit had to be scheduled just to get that equipment in place, adding more delay. 3. Restoration. I had to tell them which tests needed to be ordered, including standard items like post-mitigation mold clearance testing. These are basic parts of a restoration process and shouldn't need to be requested by the homeowner. 4. Build back. The third-party build back crew sprayed texture without properly covering the shower tile, AC return, recess lights and other surfaces nearby. Based on this terrible experience, I'd steer clear and look elsewhere for restoration work. This is your official warning, amongst other reviews below. I was forced to use them as they are contracted by our HOA, and I have formally advised our HOA to no longer work with them. Having a leak is stressful and you shouldn't subject yourself to an unprofessional "restoration" team. This is exactly the time to call in a REAL PROFESSIONAL.
