I write many reviews on this, that, and the other thing. I always try to keep things in…read moreperspective when I review people or a place. If you are reading this, you are probably in need of a medical professional. I mean, nobody reads these for fun right? Six months ago I was taken to the ER . At 11 pm nurses came into my room to tell me I was going downstairs for emergency surgery and they would contact my wife. When I woke up next morning I had a hole in me as big as a coffee cup saucer. I also had colostomy bag attached to my waist. The surgeon that did the surgery on me, from what I understand now, probably saved my life. When the surgeon came in the next morning, he told me how close I was. He also assured me the colostomy bag "WOULD BE" reversable after the gapping hole closed up. After the hole closed, my home care WONDERFUL nurse Diane, began reaching out to the doctor. The same doctor WHO: rescued me that night from sepsis. Attached the Colostomy bag. And then assured me "IF," a reversal could be done," HE" would be the guy to do it. CRICKETS. NOTHING. Dianes calls. My wife calls. MY CALLS. No call back. When we gave up on that doctor we went to a couple other docs who did exact same reversal. Things got real very quik. One doctor would not call us back and two other doctors selling gloom and doom that went along with the "DIFFICULTY'' of my procedure. My wife and I were afraid I'D have to live with this thing for the rest of OUR lives. Then we heard of Doc Schultzel. We heard about the robotic surgery he did. We had to try. When we met him, it was amazing. Finally !! someone was optimistic. He wouldn't make any guarantees but for our conversation it was clear this was gonna be our guy. The other doctors focused on how bad my situation was. DocSchultzel focused on the positive. We really believe the other Drs a little overwhelmed with what was left for them to workwith. Not Dr Shultzel. I probably don't need to say how amazing of a doctor he is., All you have to do is read his reviews ! What's just as important is his supporting cast starting with Emily! Emily, my wife and I will never be able to thank you enough.!! We love you, kiddo! These people are so on top of their game it is mind blowing! They are like a well oiled machine. The support was so appreciated. They just have it dialed in. There's not enough stars on the top of this review to give them. , Emily you guys will always remain in our heart. Doc Schultzel you gave me my life back and that is all I can say.

Yes, you may wait a bit in the office and yes, it may take a few months but it will be worth it. With another doctor, I was promised my issues would be resolved in one visit and things just got worse. I am so thankful for Dr. Schultzel's expertise. I'm grateful for the earned trust that my pain and discomfort would be resolved. Thank you Dr. Schultzel! You are the best!

I saw a couple of the last reviews for Dr. Weston and I couldn't disagree more...So let's talk…read moreabout it...This doctor was literally training another doctor on how to perform a sigmoidectomy (removal of the sigmoid colon) during my surgery...I found her level of communication to be exemplary...She was literally one of the most communicative doctors I have ever had...She did not mince words, she did not use flowery language, she did not berate me about the lifestyle choices I lived that brought me to needing to have a piece of my bowel removed...She got right to the point, told me exactly how everything was going to go, let me know the risks involved with my surgery, and then executed that surgery perfectly... She came in only once after my surgery to see how I was, but the nurses told me that they were constantly required to give her regular updates from my pain levels to how much urine I was putting out post-surgery...No, she wasn't holding my hand, because she literally does 5-10 of these surgeries per week, and you know what, that is exactly who you want operating on you...I don't need you to answer my emails or make sure you receptionist staff is polite...I need you to make sure that not only do I not die on your surgical table, but that I not need an ostomy for the rest of my life... I believe that Dr. Lynn Weston may have saved my life with the perfect surgery she performed on me back in 2018...She most certainly greatly improved my life as before the surgery I had taken antibiotics almost 40 times in the 5 years leading up to my surgery from diverticulitis... Whenever I hear from a friend or acquaintance or even a complete stranger who has any colorectal issues, I give them Dr. Weston's info...several have gotten surgery from her, and all have said the same thing...she is amazing... I'd rather have someone who knows what the heck they are doing, then someone who panders to my need for validation... Thank you Dr. Weston, you are amazing...

I went to my Dr here in the US and she prescribed me anti depressants! I lost hope at one point and thought I was going to have to live like that for the rest of my life. I found Dr Reyes on Yelp and even though she's a 2.5 hr drive from me I was so desperate I decided to make an appointment. It's been the best decision I have made all year. She prescribed me medication and I took it for a whole month. After the 1st day I already felt so much better. After a few days I felt normal again, a feeling I hadn't felt in almost 2 years. After 1 month I ran out of the meds but I don't even need them anymore. I haven't taken them for 2 weeks and my stomach has been fine. If you suffer like I was before you lose hope please go visit Dr Reyes. She's so amazing!

Dr Pelle is simply amazing!…read more Prior to my 1st appointment with her for a rash 7 years ago, Dr Pelle wanted me to send her my current labs prior to my appointment. (She is a brilliant facts and data driven individual and because of her inquisitive and insatiable goal to be the very best, I am alive today because she identified a totally unrelated to the rash issue.) Dr Pelle was recommended by two of my former dermatologists who could not solve the my rash problem and that says a lot! Love it when a referral comes from doctors that they respect and would use as their choice of dermatologist! After encounters with two different providers, I have cancelled all future visits for the sake of my health. I was initially prescribed multiple regimens that only made my condition worse. When I was unable to see the doctor for two months, I saw a Nurse Practitioner who proceeded to prescribe medications I am explicitly allergic to. Even after I reiterated several times that I could not take them, she refused to provide alternatives. Ignoring a known allergy is dangerous and negligent. At the end of my visit, I requested a standard 'After Visit' paper with written directions for my medical care. I was told 'that's not how they do things.' Refusing to provide a patient with written instructions for their health--especially while dealing with infections and medications--is completely unprofessional. Furthermore, they do not validate parking. It is sad that nearby coffee shops and sushi restaurants offer validation, yet a medical facility receiving referrals refuses to cover the cost for its patients. I will not be returning. If you value clear communication, clinical accuracy, and basic patient safety, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
