You didn't treat me! So you're now saying that to defend yourself when you weren't in the room. I was, and that was my experience. Go ahead and defend your shitty office, I'm still reporting my experience. 1 time - 10 mins? 2nd time - 7 min, all session after that less than 5 mins. I'll round up. 4) Your office kept calling and calling to schedule appointments that I didn't want. After 2-3 weeks of ignored called, you finally got the point. Between seeing Dr Ban for chiropractic adjustments and the Pilates rehab trainer, I've recovered a lot. I don't need a cane anymore. I can get up from lying on a table or bed without a struggle.
