She became our dedicated shopper helper and we had such a great time with her. She delivered us to store manager Kyle who then assisted us with building a custom entry door that is still in process. We also spend a lot of time at the paint counter, and everyone there is so helpful answering my questions or guiding me to the proper paint sheen and paint tools for each project I have. I think their pricing is right in line with other big box hardware stores in the area and you can't beat the customer service!

Since my parents had their wedding arrangement done by Leonard's decades ago, we've been coming back. In August I went with my family, we showed up and meandered around, found a few planters and a branch of a plant lying on the ground. About an 1/2 foot-sized piece of a massive massive jade plant had broken off, and dried. It was clear it had happened a while ago. I asked if it was for sale, and the woman simply let me have it! By this point it was uncertain if it would live. I planted it, and it is by far my happiest and healthiest plant. I wonder if their giant big jades are for sale... will be back to check them out soon.

I'd rate the store higher but was really off put by how I was treated, and other reviews note a similar attitude...I was starting to think I'd read into it, but this is clearly a trend. No employees greeted us or asked if we needed any help the entire time we browsed, in stark contrast to every other boutique I visited that day going above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their shop. Nice selection of items and pretty to look at, but be prepared for a dose of attitude.
