All the major departments - produce, meat, seafood, dairy, were stocked almost to overflowing, with good regular and sale prices displayed prominently. The store is brightly lit and the aisles are wide. There are 2 self-checkouts. The employees here are really friendly and chatty. If it ever expands (and if it does well, it should be considered), add some more hot food stations and a salad bar.

We waited & waited & waited. Finally, I went to Aldis' site and what do I see? ORDER CANCELLED. We were stunned. There were instructions to get here, the address is on the front of the house. But this idiot says she cannot find the house. Had an order delivered from Aldi last week. Guy found me just fine, left it here without ever contacting me. I contacted Instacart & Aldi. Got NOTHING from either except "sorrrrreeee". I love Aldi but I will never go to the Queensbury, NY store again. A bunch of lazy idiots.

I felt like my family was being bullied by the management because we brought my wife's service dog…read moreinto the store. I've never gone into a store with my family and the service dog and been told that the dog could not be in the cart because it was a health code violation. the dog was sitting on a reusable shopping bag with a sweatshirt over it and was not directly on the surface of the cart. we had a manager and the store manager harassing us and I felt their behavior was uncalled for because the dog wasn't directly touching the cart and was behaving. apparently its more acceptable to have a child with a dirty diaper touching their carts than a service dog that is cared for. ( remember we had something down in the cart so that the dog wasn't not even touching the cart and they still harassed us over the issue). we have a small chihuahua mix as a service dog. they didn't like it that I stood up for our rights and I didn't back down. I asked for the number to call the corporate office to talk to the district manager. I guess they're just jealous because they can't bring their dog to the workplace with them.

Made the best Chimichurri tacos on the grill tonight courtesy of Fresh Markets meat counter and their amazing marinade!! So glad the gentlemen at the meat counter were so prompt and helpful while I was making my selections. I will definitely return for the meat counter. It was my husbands birthday, so I also grabbed a cake and some desserts for the fam -- the cakes are about what you would pay at Price Chopper, but in my opinion, they appear to be made with more attention to detail. If you're having a hard time finding birthday candles with numbers, they have a huge selection next to the cake counter and some Birthday cake pieces as well. The way to shop at this store is by learning the regular sale days. Tuesdays deals are: $5.00 12 inch pizza $3.99/lb Chicken Breast $5.99/lb ground beef $5.00 rotisserie chicken Fridays deals are: 2 for $5 burgers Each week they choose a different fresh deal, so you'll likely find a deal for $5.00/lb meat. This evening it was carne asada chicken breast cutlets. Other elements that I really enjoy is that their olive bar has Dolmas!! It's the only one that I know of that carries them in the area. Never realized how difficult it is to find specialty food until I moved back to Saratoga from Texas. Plus, my kiddos love going with me for the candy by the pound jars -- they really love getting to make their own selection and mix. While I do find the market to have steeper prices, I do enjoy the convenience, but I have to shop the deals.

You'll find meats, seafood (including live lobster), produce, GIANT containers of mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, olive oil, you name it. They've also got plants/flowers for sale outside in the front. Inside also contains bread, milk, cheese, really all of the "essentials." In a pinch they do sell single rolls of toilet paper like you'll find in a hotel, and paper towels. They have some kitchen utensils if you're in need. Hell, I picked up a bottle of windshield washer fluid here too. Added bonus: they carry nuns of new skete cheesecake! If you aren't familiar with this, google it. It's made by local nuns and is delicious, puts Sysco to shame. $36 for a 4 lb cake. If they don't carry something here that you need, you can find it the dollar general or CVS that's right down the street. Despite not being anywhere near a full service grocery store, Green Mountain Food Service's store is a godsend for the depressed town of Whitehall. Remember to bring cash, or if you're someone who pays by check (how many people do that anymore?) you're covered. Same with EBT, that is accepted. GMFS does NOT accept credit or debit cards. There is an ATM and a restroom on site. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Saturday. The store is closed on Sunday.

I ordered some tires from the website and paid for them along with installation.. The website gave me a delivery date which was acceptable and an installation date that was also acceptable.. then the trouble started.. first out of nowhere the installation date gets cancelled stating that my order wouldn't be delivered on time.. ok..no big deal.. then I contacted Walmart customer service and they rebooked the installation date for when the tires were to be delivered..no big deal... then the day arrives and I wake up ready to drop of my vehicle and .......my appointment is canceled AND my payment for the installation was refunded... so I called the Walmart customer service AGAIN and they assured me AGAIN that my tires would arrive on time and they rebooked my appointment.... So the day arrives and I get an email at 6:30 AM stating my appointment is canceled.. so I wait until the store opens and I called them... of course nobody answers... I called over 12 times and let it ring and ring and ring and each time it went back to voicemail and hung up on me.. finally after the 13th try, somebody answered and of course they had no idea what was going on. I tried to explain it and they sent me back to the auto center at which point nobody answered the phone... so I decided to go to the store... at which point a manager was of absolutely no help... the auto center manager was only slightly more helpful.. telling me that there was a delivery delay and one of my tires didn't show up... he takes my phone number and states that he will call me the second the tires get in..(they were apparently arriving within a couple hours)... of course I never received any call... I had to call them back and miraculously someone answer the phone... and finally my tires had all arrived... I asked if they could install them today due to all of my appointments being canceled and they said maybe ...call back at 3 o'clock.. of course I called back at 3 o'clock.. and the phone rings and rings and rings.... I called back seven more times.... No one would answer the phone... not the customer service.. not the auto Center... no one... so of course I go to the store and it is not busy... the auto Center is not busy whatsoever... no cars were backed up. In fact there were no cars in the auto center at all and no cars in the parking lot at all... just three mechanics sitting around laughing... and a counter person sitting around... by this point I was so disgusted. I just got my tires and walked out.... I had them installed within a half an hour at another local garage... I understand that things can get busy .. I am not an unreasonable person.... But this was absolutely outrageous.... I will never shop at Walmart again... in fact I am having my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy... Walmart is one of the biggest companies on the planet... how can they have a store that is so poorly managed??
