They sold the milk which is spoilt days before expiration , upon asking , the manager brittani was so rude and telling me that this is not their mistake and milk comes from different place. She is not in a position to accept the fact that the milk got spoilt, I got the milk bottle with me and showed her the proof of milk being curds, This is high risk of GI upset and Market Basket should take an action regards this and they should care about their customers and keep managers who are customers friendly. Afterall, the quality of food is so important and health of customers is equally important.

So I have been to this new store a few times and I've gotten very good service until today the service that I got was absolutely horrible and I did voice my concern to the managers, however II take my money elsewhere I only tolerate bad customer service one time

Stop and Shop has a rating system for their store - A, B and C levels. The one in Lincoln Plaza,…read morenow gone, was a C level store. Everyone knows why. The one in Westboro was A level. Again, no surprise. Same deal here. The Shrewsbury TJ's is disgusting, yet the one in Framingham is great (and has wine, but that's not the important diffentiator since Total Wine was wise in opening a store right next to the TJ's in Shrewsbury). I shop both regularly, but will now be avoiding the one in Shrewsbury. It's just gross, rat traps as you walk along the sidewalk is a start. Sure, it's great that they are trapping them, but they don't go where there isn't food laying around to eat. Also gross is buying fresh produce only to find out two days later it's moldy/wilted. What in the world do they do to this stuff to have it go bad a week before date?! I suspect poor refridgeration in store or on way to store. The chickens - sometimes they'll have a date 2 weeks out, you open them the next freak'n day and they smell spoiled. It's not good. Speaking of dates, be careful - they don't rotate the shelves. They think they are clever by not doing so since people are used to reaching behind for fresher produce. I've learned to actually look at a few and pick the freshest. One time I reached behind for a later date and the dude who has been there a long time (looks like the Pitbull character from Fraiser) actually had the ballzarios to comment about it to me, all annoyed that I did that. HA! Then I saw him go back to SLAMMING bags of chips into the shelf, stuffing them in tight and smashing the shiznit out of them. Seems common, all the chips and crackers from this place a smashed up inside the bag. They are rearranging the store with hopes of it getting better I guess? All their bread is previously frozen too, hence it gets moldy REALLY fast. But, yeah, it's the lack of preservatives, right.

I like the Whole Foods Market. It's a fairly large store with a good overall layout. Parking can be…read morebusy, but it's usually adequate, and the product selection is generally good. Some prices could be more competitive; however, Amazon Prime members receive sale pricing on select items, and using the Amazon credit card earns 5% back on the entire purchase, which helps offset the premium. The self-checkout lanes work very well, and I almost always use them. There's consistently a staff member nearby to assist if needed. The traditional checkout lanes are less impressive--lines can get long, and there often aren't enough baggers during busy periods. Prepared food quality is mixed. The sushi is quite good, as are the rotisserie chickens, but some of the other prepared foods have been underwhelming. The store has a second-floor dining area, accessible by a long stairway or elevator. While the seating area is nice, it's not especially convenient if you've started your shopping and then get hungry, I don't think you can bring your cart upstairs and it's unclear where to leave a cart. For that reason, I'd likely eat first and shop afterward. By comparison, Wegmans handles this better, with dining areas on the first floor and plenty of space to bring your cart along. Wegmans also offers a noticeably stronger prepared foods selection overall. That said, I still like Whole Foods and use them regularly--for delivery (very good), pickup (also good), and in-store shopping.

On too many occasions to remember, I've gone to purchases ground beef (from the meat case) to find there is none. The excuse today around 3:30pm was that, "It was a busy day." Well, I hope so. That's what business owners usually hope for, don't they? I am a small business owner. My customers would be baffled if I told them, "Sorry, it was a busy day." Maybe the store managers in Shrewsbury would do well to visit other grocery stores in the area, especially other Whole Foods locations, to see how a meat case is still stocked in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. This is just another case of the decline of customer service in our society.

Wow and if you need a basket it's a quarter and make sure and bring your own bags too. This is a small store that's super busy . The prices are way worth the trip . Going to the store these days is just crazy . Feeding little kids that's a struggle . As an outsider we have seen lots of families . Aldi has designed this store to be fast, efficient and simple . The affordability of the products are first rate . The store is divided and organized by category. Now the parking lot is small you might have to walk a little further for that special deal . Check this out, they include produce and freezer items for purchase in store . We did the whole experience purchasing spinach and blueberries. Even at an Aldi it was cheaper than buying at the regular supermarket. The check out process is all automated. The fruits and veggies were nice and tasty .
