Best spot in Vegas to have a comfortable seat, stretch out, and enjoy watching the strip! This cafe is on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan Boulevard Tower. Keep walking right place the other places with long lines and high prices, and eat here instead! We came for a late breakfast and were glad that they had both sweet and savory options, and the coffee was delicious. The food took a little while to prepare, but we didn't mind since it meant that we could enjoy the seating and the view for longer.

Food: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 I was so excited to try illy when I found out. It's located upstairs of cosmopolitan right by the bridge. There is another one downstairs but it's very crowded. I went wrong way and walked extra miles to find it. Just go up at chandelier stairs and it's right there. You order the food at the counter, you will get the buzzer and it will vibrate when your food is ready. It seems like they just open this place and everything looked chaotic. My buzzer didn't buzz when my food was ready. They were running out of trays so they had to come collect it from me not so long after I got my meal. Another thing I didn't like was they used paper plate. Which was very hard to eat with. I ordered cappuccino., raspberry danish and crêpes. Crêpes was very thin and delicious. I got the window seat so very nice to hangout and people watch. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised to see illy at the Cosmopolitan. My only problem was its proximity to the entrance because I felt like a salmon swimming upstream to get to it ha ha ha. The beautiful display of gelato caught my eye but I really needed some a caffeine boost. Luckily they serve affogatos so I could have both. It was a bit confusing at first because several people were standing awkwardly near the registers waiting for their drinks and I thought they were waiting to order. Soon enough I got my order taken by one of the two cashiers and found seating inside. My espresso shakerato was the kick I needed to keep going, and the affogato I shared with my husband was a nice treat. This is a cool place to people watch as you have a nice view of the strip and of the bridge heading to the Cosmo. Grab a drink and enjoy the vibe.

First time trying this place. I ordered their egg and bacon sandwich, cappuccino, raspberry cheese danish, and pistachio crepe. My favorite was the crepe; it was thin and soft and pistachio spread was not too sweet. The crepe was deliciously made fresh. It reminded me of one of the crepes I tasted in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming to the guests. Even though it was busy morning, they put a smile on their face for the guests. People can sit inside and enjoy breakfast there while watching cars and people go by on the street. This place was located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the 2nd floor near the bridge to outside casinos.

This cafe is located on the 2nd floor of The Cosmopolitan located right next the doors to the bridge that connects to Planet Hollywood. The cafe offers a variety of snacks, drinks and dessert options. In the window everything looked so colorful and bright, it made me hungry! I first wanted to try the pastries as I haven't had any in a while and opted for the fruit tart and red velvet cake slice. The prices were not bad at all coming out to around $16 for both pastries. I took it home and was unfortunately disappointed. The presentation looks very good, but the desserts lacked in flavor. The red velvet slice was not very moist. The cake part felt a bit dry and the icing was stale. It wasn't soft or smooth but had more of a firm texture which kind of threw me off. It didn't even taste like the usual cream cheese frosting on red velvet cake. The only thing I truly enjoyed off of it was the little square on top which was white chocolate. The fruit tart was topped with strawberries, blueberries and blackberries but instead of being fresh berries, they tasted very old and mushy. The tart shell was not a normal crust either it was more of a thin cheap cracker and broke off like a wafer, very crumbly. The cream was also very stale and lacked flavor. I was very disappointed in the pastries. I originally wanted to try them all but won't be getting other pastries in the future. A different day I went back with a friend to try the ice cream. I just got a small vanilla bean ice cream and my friend got the strawberry ice. The vanilla bean was alright. It wasn't any different from one you could buy at the grocery store and the strawberry was refreshing but not worth the price. For 2 small ice creams it was around the same price as the pastries. We did sit down to eat the ice creams in the cafe area. It felt a little cluttered as the tables and chairs were so close to each other and a lot of the tables had not been cleaned or wiped down at this time. The staff were attentive for the short interaction we had, but I honestly wouldn't recommend stopping here unless you want desserts with not much flavor.

We visited Illy Caffè at The Cosmopolitan during our Thanksgiving trip to Las Vegas. It's a nice place for families to take a break with coffee or ice cream. The line was slow because only three staff were working at the register. The coffee tasted great, but the ice cream was too soft and not firm enough. Overall, it's a comfortable spot to sit and relax, but the service could be faster and the ice cream better.

This experience was bitter sweet. I'm so sad we found this place on our last day of vacation, but…read moreso happy we found it! We really enjoyed it a lot. Tra Viet is located on the 2nd floor of the Venetian in the canal shops. If you take the escalator by the food court and then head to the shops, it'll be right there. It's a super tiny place. They have 3 kiosks you can order from. There was one person working the counter that could also take the order. I love coffee and I've never had Vietnamese coffee before, so I was super excited to try this. I went with the classic Viet. If you can make a normal coffee well, it's going to be a winner in my book. It was sweetened with condensed milk, which made it unique and absolutely delicious. Smooth coffee flavor and not too overly sweet. Came in a cool can that was mixed by a machine before serving. Only wish I had, was that I could pop the top off and get the very last of the coffee from the bottom. The ice blocked it. My husband got the jasmine milk tea and said it was fantastic as well. I'm never happy about the prices in Vegas but it is what it is. For $9 a pop, it was worth it. Next time we're in Vegas this will be our first stop for coffee. Can't wait to try all the flavors.

It tasted like sugar milk, with almost none of the grassy, slightly bitter matcha flavor coming through. As someone who drinks matcha regularly, this was a real disappointment. What turned a bad drink into a bad experience was the response. I brought it back to the counter and asked if it could be diluted with a little more milk. No. I asked if it could be remade with less sugar. Also no. What I got instead was, "I made the drink so I know it's less sweet, and it's just how it tastes." No apology, no alternative, no interest in the fact that the customer standing there was telling them the drink didn't work. The whole exchange was uncomfortable and came across as dismissive. Whether the recipe was followed correctly isn't really the point. If "less sweet" still lands sweeter than Starbucks, the setting needs recalibrating, and telling a customer that's just how it tastes isn't an answer, it's the end of the conversation. Two suggestions: figure out what "less sweet" should actually mean on this drink, and give staff the latitude to fix it graciously when an order misses the mark. Ambiance of the shop is nice, but how can it not be nice when it's at the Venetian shops right?

It's an easy pit stop at the north end of the NYNY property. I've been to the one at Fashion Show mall and while I enjoy the air conditioning I like this location more because it's in a fun walkable area and closer to the amenities that fit my needs. The line isn't too bad during the winter time (I'm a fan of LV's December weather and Christmas vibes). June-August is a different story though since it's summer vacation. It's brutally hot and the line can be long. I've tried their desserts. They're not phenomenal. Let's be real though, they're just nice for photos ops. I'm here mainly for the unique merch. I just have to make sure I have enough space in my luggage for a shopping haul.
