Great place for a quick coffee or latte and a nibble in the morning. Love the breakfast sandwiches. The line seems intimidating but they do quick service. You can eat inside which is cute but small or take yours out to the patio!

I struggled finding good coffee while staying on the Las Vegas Strip. I wanted to try local spots and not just stick with Starbucks since I was on vacation. I originally was at the Bellagio patisserie but the line wasn't moving so I walked over the Palio. They have a good variety of breakfast items and drink choices. I chose the yogurt and the vanilla latte, in house as I wanted to sit on their patio and enjoy my breakfast. The yogurt came in a Togo container, I thought it would have came in a bowl. My latte came in a nice cup, but I watched the barista place her hands inside of the cup and on the rim as she was making it. The latte itself was average, but for the price (almost 9$ with tax) I thought it would have been a little bit better than average. Honestly I wish I just went to a Starbucks for the amount of money I paid.

This is a nice cafe to go to. The atmosphere matches to Bellagio. Even the birds want to come near it. The inside of the place looks nice and there is a patio where you can see the view of Bellagio pool and certain resorts like The Cosmopolitan. I decided to go outside not only because it's warm outside but also for the view and nature. I didn't want to spend way too much on breakfast. So I just ordered a pastry and a drink. Quite shocked that a breakfast sandwich costs at least $15 but it's Vegas. So expect every one of them to cost at least that much whenever you go to cafe. It's located near Cafe Gelato and I believe that it's a good location for people to get breakfast and coffee. I recommend people to dine outside especially during the summer for nature and view. If you are looking for something cheap to eat, highly recommend to go for pastries since they cost around $6.

Food: Italian frittata (8.7/10) Service: 8.9/10 Ambiance: relaxing Clean: 7/10 This is the first time trying a frittata and I really liked it. Really good flavor and fulfilling. The only criticism i have is that the tables in the patio were not as clean. While I was eating, nobody cleaned the tables that had dirty dishes. Other people were looking for a place to sit but nobody cleaned.

Horrible. I can't believe how horrible this place was when we visited. Super long line. Me: I would like an English breakfast tea, a hot chocolate, 2 waters, an egg thing and a bagel. Lady: ok. Rings it all up. Pours 2 waters. Puts them next to her and gets a 4 cup holder thing. Good start. Gave me a cup of hot water and a green tea packet. Then walks to her right to start making drinks. And never comes back. Turns out, the new girl (who didn't even know where the cups were!) was put on the drink making station. And everything was so completely backed up. We did get our food. The hot chocolate was never ordered. Another customer came up, "I want a refund. I have been waiting for my hot chocolate for 20 minutes and now my coffee is cold." She got her refund. The hot chocolate FOR HER got done and they handed it to me since I was standing there. I asked her if she wanted it. She did NOT So I didn't have to wait another hour to order a hot chocolate for my son. A manager finally came out of the back to run the other register. Everything was not improving. And ANOTHER manager finally came out to something. Who knows what. And was going to disappear again. But an employee begged them to stay and help. So they sort of did. Very very extremely badly run.

I spent the night before my visit working on the disappointment I'd experience once I realized they didn't offer either the almond or dulce de leche croissants I'd seen on Yelp. As a consolation, I ordered a butter croissant, pistachio cannoli and 2 coffees. All were a wonderful was to begin the day.

This was such a cute cafe located in Bellagio! We wanted a little snack to hold us up until dinner time and I'm so glad we stepped into this cafe. I got the avocado toast and it was amazing. For one all the ingredients where fresh. The greens, with tomatoes, red onions and radish was an absolute best combination. Can't wait to go back and have it again!!!

Palio is a beautiful place that has held a special place in my heart since 2001. This cozy counter-service breakfast café offers everything you need to start your day right. The pastries are simply outstanding--delicious chocolate croissants, frittatas, cheese danishes, sandwiches, and a variety of decadent desserts. Their espresso and coffees are rich and vibrant, perfectly complementing the treats. Being located inside the Bellagio, you can always expect top-tier service and quality without a second thought.

During my trip to Vegas, I was looking for a good, quick breakfast place. It was nice that I didn't have to leave the hotel to find a gem. Palio was a great option. I had the Bacon Padida and it was really good. Service was Quick and the portions were huge. A great way to start the day. If you need a good, quick breakfast, come here.

A great spot for a quick bite! The frittatas are so soft and come with one of the tastiest pesto dressings I've ever had. And the pastries are always fresh and delicious.

Palio is located across from the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art and by the Bellagio pool entrance. We wanted a lighter lunch before the trip home so we decided to get some food here. It's a good place for sandwiches, bakery items, coffee, and beverages. It's on the pricey side, but portions are big. You can charge to your room if you booked a room on any M life property. For us, it was Mandalay Bay. We ordered 2 Turkey Club sandwiches, a Chicken Caesar salad, and 2 Ham & Cheese croissants. The food was delicious and I like how they use butter lettuce for the salad. The sandwiches were huge and we couldn't finish them. Luckily they come in foil containers so it was easy to take home. Don't forget to get some quality Bellagio napkins by the entrance for your food. You can find a shaded, outdoor dining patio adjacent to the Palio for outdoor dining, if you'd like. We came here in the early afternoon, right before it closed. Try to call or check their hours of operation before heading over as they may close early. This was back in late October 2021, so I'm not sure about now.

There are a couple places to grab coffee and breakfast at Bellagio so we tried this location on the last day. Lots of coffee options as well as pastries, fruit and sandwiches. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the fruit was fresh.

This is the quick breakfast spot at Bellagio! There is always a line so be prepared to wait to order! Food comes out pretty quick! They always have a new variety of items to order from which is great! Their lattes are pretty delish too! There's inside seating and outside too which has a nice view. It is first come first serve so make sure there's room first if you're planning on dining in.

We made a visit on the 1st day and arrived right when they opened at 11:30 AM. Parking is available but it is in a lot with other businesses. However, it was busy at the time. I was lucky to grab one of the last few spots. It was even busier by noon. There are seating both inside and a little patio on the side of the store. We sat inside because it was hot that day and they were blasting the A/C. Restroom is available but will need a key. We took a look at the menu beforehand so I ordered right away. It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
