Then when you specifically ask for items to only be dry cleaned and folded instead of hanging and they don't do it. When you buy clothes and they are folded they are usually not intended to be hung- they claim all clothes can be hung. Even with proof that shoulders are stretching from hanging. Some materials cannot be on a hanger. You bring your clothes to cleaners because they require further care not to be careless and be given excuses, and no apology. Not returning. No value here.

They storefront is as basic as they come, as is the drop off/pick up process. Yes, they take credit cards but beyond that expect paper slips for receipt of drop off, etc. Prices are fair for laundering, dry cleaning and alterations. Basic alterations can often seem a bit high, but quality of work is on point. Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.

Great service! I went to McKleen for the 1st time to see if they could repair the zipper on my…read morewinter jacket, because it kept splitting. A man, possibly the owner, inspected my jacket zipper and said that all he needed to replace was the zipper pull. He could have lied and I would have paid $40 to replace the zipper, compared to the pull which was $12. When I picked it up, they said they inspected more, and there was nothing wrong with the pull either, and that I just need to make sure the zipper is all the way down, and to maybe take a plier to the back lightly. Again, they could have replaced both, but instead were honest, and THAT I appreciate! I highly recommend them.

I clearly point to where they are. They say okay, take it again, and ask for me to come pick it up again a week later. They only thing I was confused about was they say they can take it off, after the couple times I already been there, and when I come to pick it up, don't bother telling me they weren't able to, but for me to find out about it when I go to see if there still there. I wish they would had just talked to me, stating they aren't able to, and explain, instead of wasting my time and taking it, for me expecting it to be actually cleaned. Mind you, the stain wasn't a food stain or anything that's really stuck in there, as I'm easily able to just rub at it a few times, and for it to fall off. When I show her that, she tells me to do it myself then and they can't do it. With the biggest attitude, cause I'm expressing confusion as to why they weren't able to. But the only reason why I'm there is because I'm paying for what I thought professionals to do it for me, but clearly I don't see any professionalism.
