I came in to give the dress back and she had my original dress waiting on me. However, I was nervous how this dress would fit because she altered it to someone else, as we got the dresses mixed up for my 2nd fitting. But she took the dress in and hemmed it so it ended up fitting pretty well. She was very apologetic and gave me a discount for $30 if I need anything else Tailored. I'm just happy this was resolved and I understand mistakes do happen. I still believe that she needs a better system in place to keep herself organized! But when it's all said and done I still would recommend her!

They storefront is as basic as they come, as is the drop off/pick up process. Yes, they take credit cards but beyond that expect paper slips for receipt of drop off, etc. Prices are fair for laundering, dry cleaning and alterations. Basic alterations can often seem a bit high, but quality of work is on point. The folks who own this biz are exceptionally friendly and are happy to rush something for you if and when it's needed. 5 stars for solid, consistent work and fair prices!

Great service! I went to McKleen for the 1st time to see if they could repair the zipper on my…read morewinter jacket, because it kept splitting. A man, possibly the owner, inspected my jacket zipper and said that all he needed to replace was the zipper pull. He could have lied and I would have paid $40 to replace the zipper, compared to the pull which was $12. When I picked it up, they said they inspected more, and there was nothing wrong with the pull either, and that I just need to make sure the zipper is all the way down, and to maybe take a plier to the back lightly. Again, they could have replaced both, but instead were honest, and THAT I appreciate! I highly recommend them.

I came in for a jacket to get cleaned and get rid of some stains. I even mentioned it first when I…read moredropped it off. They say okay, and take it. I went in the next week to pick it up, for the stains to still be very clear there, as if they didn't bother to try and take it off. So I ask if they weren't able to? I clearly point to where they are. They say okay, take it again, and ask for me to come pick it up again a week later. I come in for the 2nd time, expecting the stain to be removed, for it only to still be very visible. I ask once again bout it, for only to say they weren't able to. They only thing I was confused about was they say they can take it off, after the couple times I already been there, and when I come to pick it up, don't bother telling me they weren't able to, but for me to find out about it when I go to see if there still there. I wish they would had just talked to me, stating they aren't able to, and explain, instead of wasting my time and taking it, for me expecting it to be actually cleaned. Mind you, the stain wasn't a food stain or anything that's really stuck in there, as I'm easily able to just rub at it a few times, and for it to fall off. When I show her that, she tells me to do it myself then and they can't do it. With the biggest attitude, cause I'm expressing confusion as to why they weren't able to. But the only reason why I'm there is because I'm paying for what I thought professionals to do it for me, but clearly I don't see any professionalism. For them to tell me to do it myself when I payed a full 20 bucks to see if they can do it for me. Just real bad attitude and unprofessional. I wouldn't bother coming here if you want something easily removed/ cleaned.
