Once you passed the time even though you completed most of the testing, you still cant get any incentive. Thats happened to me that I went to do the tasting and it required a survey to complete in 4 hours and 24 hours after the tasting, I did the 4 hours one late for 10 hours and I couldnt complete the 24 hours since it closed when the waiting time is completed. I emailed to the consumer service manager and they couldnt do anything about it and their respond is 3 days after I emailed it to them. Now I only do the tasting on site without any survey to be completed at home or take home survey which need many days to complete.
