Very rude sold me a product that did not work. I asked prior to the purchase and they promised that it did. Refused to provide me a refund.

More than I've ever seen in a grocery store. Definitely come here to get flowers. Maybe it's just for Moms day weekend but it is quite impressive. We found a really nice rose arrangement in a pretty vase for only $29.99.

They're interested in talking and socializing. And now it's going to cost them. Now it's too late. The community deserves better I just had a baffling experience where I came late tonight to look for a beef tallow and none of your employees knew what it was so I had to ask three people I finally found someone the grocery section which was prominently advertised at 11:99 on sale from 1499 and there was two left I decided to buy two of them and they both rang up at 1499 and so when I told the rude blonde lady that it was on sale she walked me back to the butcher section and I have attached the image where it says 1199 but she said it was her policy to only discount one of them if there was a mismatch but there's no mismatch because it was just a failure to update the thing anyway they were completely rude management was rude the security guard was rude everybody was super ab absolutely totally unnecessarily rude as well as incompetent I cannot believe you met people like this have jobs at your store it's bringing the entire neighborhood down I was completely reasonable and nice and polite and was not given the opportunity to buy some stupid goddamn beef tallow because everybody was busy having private conversations and figuring out where they wanted to go instead of doing their jobs and running a grocery store. Completely unacceptable and please let everybody know that if they don't want to be at work there are other people who require happy to have jobs in this economy. Not OK. Not cool. Especially the douche blind lady. Who isn't a real blonde. I'm sure you can figure that one out.

I loved how large the parking lot is, not chaotic at all like HMart is. The aisles are a bit different though. They are short and there's a lot of product on the sides (shorter ends) so it can be harder to find stuff. All the produce is on the right of the store, and meat is on the left side. Home goods is in the middle. I loved their home goods section, a lot of stuff I haven't seen elsewhere ! & there's a lot of variety ! Maybe it was just my luck, but the time I purchased fresh rice paper here, it was brittle & did not taste like it was fresh which is annoying. Overall, nice store, which has a lot & cheaper than Hmart.

No offense, since I was there too, though I'm hoping to remain a control variable in that experiment. The customer service was... theoretical. The cashier seemed more focused on clocking out for lunch than checking anyone in with a smile. Her lane was technically "closed," but so was her enthusiasm for human interaction. The self-checkout machines don't even take Apple Pay. Did I teleport back to 1999? The produce aisle was equally inspiring--if you're into carrots that are packed in soggy bags. Outside, a police car idled by the entrance. Maybe it was for "added security," or maybe just moral support. Hard to tell. Either way, it didn't exactly scream "shop here again soon." I was on extra alert thinking I might get robbed. Next time, I'll take my business to Trader Joe's or Petco--even if it mean spending a bit more money.
