We live closer to the Cerritos mall location but we drive a few minutes further for the A+ service and clean, nice environment. Rain or shine, we treat ourselves a few times a month. I feel very lucky that my fave pistachio is always there! But almost all flavors are always in stock. And this location has plenty of seating and the tables and floors are always very clean. But what is most consistent is the amazing service from team member Dilruba! She is always very welcoming to my twin boys and I, and very helpful! Not only do they operate at a higher standard than almost any other location we've visited, but the cleanliness and freshness of everything are truly impressive. I'm a regular customer and come here often with my children, which is why this experience was disappointing. Today, I found a long white hair in my yogurt. I was surprised and immediately showed it to the staff member after pulling it out. Instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology, she questioned me and asked when I had pulled it out, while also looking at my hair in a way that felt dismissive and accusatory. When I asked for a replacement, she paused and seemed hesitant before quickly walking to the back. Although a replacement was eventually provided, there was still no acknowledgment, apology, or reassurance--and not even a spoon was offered with the new cup. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, how situations are handled matters. A little professionalism and courtesy would have made a big difference, especially for regular customers. I love Yogurtland, best soft serve ice cream in my opinion. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and toppings. I like the consistency of the cream. Fresh fruit toppings and plenty of other delicious toppings to choose from. I usually stick to the fresh fruits but I do like the mochi bites, coconut jelly, and popping bobas that they have. Visited this Yogurtland on June 14, 2026, around 9:15 PM and left feeling extremely disappointed and honestly confused. My boyfriend politely asked an employee if they had any sample cups available for me. Instead of answering him, the employee simply pointed at a sign that said there were no sample cups. We accepted the answer and I continued making my yogurt. Just a few moments later, while we were still standing there about to check out , an older couple asked for sample cups. The same employee immediately pulled sample cups out from underneath the counter and handed two to them. When the gentleman accidentally dropped it, the employee kindly offered him another one. At that point, we just looked at each other like, "What the hell?" We had literally just been told there were no sample cups, yet moments later there suddenly were. We couldn't help but feel like we were treated differently because we were younger customers. Whether it was our age, our appearance, or something else, the inconsistency was impossible to ignore. Looking back, I honestly wish we had said something in the moment and asked why the rules seemed to apply differently to us. Instead, we just left feeling confused, frustrated, and wondering what that employee's deal was. The issue isn't even the sample cup itself. It's the dismissive interaction and then watching another customer immediately receive the exact thing we were denied. If sample cups are available, they should be available to everyone. If they're not, the policy should be applied consistently. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. read more

Yogurt machines seem to be a challenge to keep tidy at places like this because people are serving themselves, but this store maintains their machines nicely. Flavor selection was varied and tasty. I really love this location! I'll start with the one negative, there's a parking lot but depending on when you go it can get packed, especially at night since there is a bakery and other restaurant nearby. Now onto the positives. This location is always impeccably clean; dining area, tables and topping bar. The woman who I usually see (I believe the owner? Indian woman) is very friendly which I appreciate. Another bonus for this location is the variety of flavors they offer. Compared to Cerritos mall and Lakewood this location offers the usual options plus different ones like ube and churro and even a plant based one too! The topping bar also has so much variety (several sauces, different cookies, even Mexican candy!). This yogurtland branch is the best! I've also done mobile order and they are very quick. If you like blueberries, do go to Yogurtland! My last visit to a Yogurtland was at the Long Beach Bixby Knolls location, and it was literally a nightmare. So much of a nightmare I pretty much used the same intro from my review of that location where I got a bowl of mango everything, but it tasted mango nothing. This time, my shopping trip took me through Artesia, and I suddenly remembered there was a Yogurtland there! I've always noticed the Tastea at the northeast corner of Pioneer and 183rd, but I kept forgetting that it's right next door to Yogurtland on the corner of a plaza that houses a variety of Indian eateries. The plaza has a pretty spacious lot, especially in this part of Artesia, but the two entrances to the lot are kind of narrow. Proceed with caution if there's a car exiting when you're entering and vice versa. I arrived on a late Thursday afternoon during the Great SoCal Heat Wave of 2022. When I stepped inside, a girl was there to greet me, but I didn't know where the bowls were. I took another look and saw they were in the far corner of the froyo shop. Had I entered through the door facing the traffic light, the bowls would have been right there. I tried to grab one of the larger bowls, which were facing upside-down, but a second one got stuck to the top and suddenly released its grip from the bowl I was grabbing. I juggled the other bowl with my other hand and fortunately caught it so the next family could use it for their child, though I doubt they chose that bowl lol. It would really help if Yogurtland had an automatic bowl dispenser to ensure that a customer would only touch one bowl and one bowl only. Since nobody else was in line to order, I was walking back and forth along the line of froyo dispensers to decide which flavor I wanted. They had the Alphonso Mango Tart, but after my debacle of a visit to the Bixby Knolls location, there was no way I would ever pick that again! lol but I did notice a brand new flavor called Blueberry Pancake, which was next to the Caramel Apple. The Blueberry Pancake was plant-based, which I was curious to see how that would taste. At all Yogurtland locations, each froyo dispenser has three levers and two flavors with the middle lever being a mix of the two flavors. I really wasn't sure about the combination of Caramel Apple with Blueberry Pancake; you might think it's a good mix, but I thought the flavors would have clashed one another that you wouldn't be able to tell what flavors they were if you weren't paying attention to the labels on top. I was leaning towards Blueberry Pancake, but I wanted to take a look at the toppings to make sure they did have blueberries. Sure enough, they did, and even some blueberry boba! That's when I finally decided to make a blueberry everything bowl, hoping it would indeed taste blueberry everything. While I wouldn't say it tasted blueberry everything, it tasted wayyyyy better than the mango! The blueberries tasted pretty fresh, but I didn't like how some of the blueberries still had the stems on them. They were pretty small, so they didn't bother me too much, but hopefully I didn't swallow that many stems while enjoying my blueberry froyo. However, I didn't taste much blueberry in the boba. Was I supposed to? Not sure, but at least it was worth trying. The froyo itself was pretty good as well! Solid texture as usual, but it was victimized by the late summer heat as I was enjoying the froyo in my car. I could have enjoyed my froyo at one of the few dining tables inside, but the family behind me in line had a child who couldn't stop screaming. I can't really comment about service here. The girl who greeted me when I entered was training a male co-worker that likely just started working there. She was instructing him on what to do, and since I was trying to scan my Yogurtland barcode, I had to be patient so the girl could guide him on what to do. I had enough Yogurtland rewards to cover the purchase of the bowl, so I didn't get a receipt, and I forgot to look at the weight on the scale, so I don't actually know how much it is per oz there, unfortunately. She did offer me a spoon, but I had to ask for a lid. I also had to ask how much the bowl cost so that I'd know how much rewards I would have left in my account. Location-wise, I do find it a little odd there is a Yogurtland in Artesia when there's already a Yogurtland inside Los Cerritos Mall just one mile west. Not complaining, of course, but don't we have too many in the area? lol Overall, not a bad Yogurtland visit. While the blueberries and their flavored froyo could have tasted better, it did cool me down at a time when I needed to cool down. Hopefully I'll make a return visit on a better day so I can get the friendly service that I typically see at the Lakewood location. read more

The little dude at the counter told her that they ran out them (about 3p on a Saturday). Instead of pouring the yogurt into the large cup and sticking our face into it making a mess (for a sample), I asked the youngster for a spoon. Before all of this, I was standing at the counter for some time waiting for him, instead of reaching over the counter grabbing a spoon myself out of respect. I'm not sure what he was doing but he knew I was standing there, as I was the only one in front. I asked him for a spoon and he says to me, "I won't allow that." That was an odd response. If I wanted a spoon that badly, I would've gotten one without waiting for you. Good customer service goes a long way, son. He could've explained to me why (I made my assumptions) but it came off as rude and unhelpful. If you're reading this, you have a lot to learn. What you say and how you interact with the public goes a long way, for you and the business you work for. Luckily, my lady wanted some of that yogurt. We were going to buy regardless of the sampling. The skinny is the same as every other frozen yogurt place: Start at the end of the line by grabbing a container. Fill up with your desired flavor. Top off with the 20 odd topping selections at the end of the line. Weigh, pay, and enjoy. The time we were there, I felt that service could have been better. There was no greeting when we entered. No eye contact while I paid. Not even a simple "Enjoy". I tried out a bunch of different flavors. Taste wise they were all good. The options for toppings are less than the other yogurt chains like Menchie's, etc. The price is about the same. This is a standard yogurt place. No more, no less. Since opening, the plaza this is located in has seen businesses repetitively come and go. Yogurtland and the bakery next door seem to be doing well enough to have stayed all this time. The inside is always super clean, relatively empty, and definitely kid-friendly. The selection of flavors is large and the fruits and toppings seem to always be fresh. I hadn't been here in a few years, but I've recently been stopping by the past 2 months because my niece loves them. The negative reviews I see about this business are generally complaints about the cashiers. I've been to many Yogurtlands before and this is by far the worse experience. I walk in on a late Sunday night to 2 high schoolers running the show. I asked for sample cups and they "ran out". I dont believe it honestly, but whatever. I went to go look at the options and I was excited about the Ube, Coffee, and Cinnamon Crunch Cereal flavor. I got a decent amount of each of them and topped it off with cookie dough and cheesecake. As I excitedly jumped in, my first taste was the Ube....absolutely disgusting. It tasted like soap and nothing like Ube. I tried the cinnamon crunch one....fake flavor and too sweet. Thats 0/2...I tried the Coffee one and luckily it tasted pretty good. So 1/3 is not great. I would have known if I was able to sample them, but they ran out of sample cups. It was basically $6 down the drain especially when are those flavors started to melt together.
