Taneil was saying in front of the customers what a bad bitch she was and how she was going to kick people asses. I saw Alex let two people go in his line after I was told I could not . I asked him why and he proceeded to embarrass me in front of the whole store I said I just have one item I saw you let other people go after me he said well I am not staying here do you want too???I was anyways I had to wait in the other line. The only person working there was Umma. I think you should really consider if you want employees like Taneil and Alex representing your company.

I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.

So it has a special place in my heart, or it's just a bad habit acquired over the past 35 years?? Either way Northgate has evolved quite a bit since the 80's. Northgate now houses a lot of stores including 2 supermarkets, a gym, McDonalds, Taco Bell, a few anchor stores and much much more. They were apparently short-staffed, so they simply closed the Amazon returns counter and put a sign there saying it was unavailable. The problem is there were no signs at the entrance or on the windows letting customers know before walking in. I had to carry all of my return items through the entire store only to find out the service was closed once I got to the back. If a major service like Amazon returns is unavailable, customers should be informed before entering the store. This was poorly handled and a complete waste of time. Kohl's needs to do a much better job communicating with customers.

A lot of the protein was on sale the bananas the organic ones were super fresh. I like to buy them a little bit on the greener side. I found a new item grass fed meat balls. I figured I would try them. They had organic chicken on sale for approximately a third off and the wild caught fish for more than half off. I had to grab those, plus a few other items. Everyone is telling me stop and shop is very very expensive but I got some great buys. However, the produce did seem to be at least 25% overpriced according to Market Basket prices, but it was all super fresh. I'll still walk through and see if I can get deals on the proteins from now on, as for the store super clean, the clerks were extremely polite clean and very helpful. The parking lot is huge so you'll always get a spot. I would definitely shop here again.
