He did not ask for ladder he suddenly just jump and sit on top of washing machine glass top that shocked me it could be broken / pipes smashed ? What a heck ? After I put a ladder. When I called i specified at receptionist what's included in 120$ per hours she said everything?, but in practice they will bill you 60$ travel time. When i tried to talk to manager about price and brand difference for installed faucet she attacked me was very rude with inappropriate behavior to the customer. for 30 min real job time cost me - $556 for 2.5 hours 300! plus expensive faucet 256 $ - just for a simple installation kitchen faucet. Reasonable, isn't? Hell no. You can see in attached photo the real Delta product that was installed and MOEN Brush NICK brand in my bill - do not match in real life.
