But I was kind of desperate, just took a road trip for Thanksgiving and my car was nasty, doing the same for Christmas and honestly I needed a detail done bad. I gave this place a chance because of the good reviews (only 5 total reviews here so far but they were all good). I stopped by to inquire before I dropped off my car, Kyle walked around my vehicle with me and gave me hope. He was courteous. I dropped my Z06 off this morning. My engine bay looks great, I'll just wipe it all down myself briefly once to get some shine off and make sure it's all even and clean. But that's it unfortunately. I do credit them for wiping everything down inside and out, you can see that much. But you can also see that things weren't gone back over to get rid of inconsistent shiny spots, missed spots, swirls, etc. nothing was rubbed in or polished. The inside at least had the same rag used for EVERYTHING, at this point the exterior was done the same. Dirty between wheel spokes, so they were obviously not wiped down individually with time. Ha you can still see my wiper marks on my windshield. ... So on and so on... I gave the key to the person who "checked me in." He gets in and drives off. Then the thought hit me, how are they going to contact me when my car was finished. So I walked back and wrote down my name and number to someone else that worked there. I picked up my car, paid (no credit card machine is odd I thought in today's society but not a huge deal). Key was given to me and the guy disappeared in back to probably go back to work. No receipt was given, nothing written down, odd.. As I'm writing this review I'm realizing now how inconsistent everything was during this complete experience, shame on me for not thinking of this all right away... Kyle was not there today either time that I was there, so I'm not sure if that would've changed anything or all of this is "normal." I really wanted to like this place, I am disappointed for whatever that is worth. I do not recommend this place at all. I just blew $120... I give the second star for good appearing engine bay and for Kyle's initial interaction with me.

The experience of dealing with any shop that's automotive related can be a burden. The customer service from James is above and beyond. He will answer or explain anything you ask. To were a non automotive inclined person would understand. The shop is small with a crew to match. However the work done is extraordinary. The tint and all other work done comes warrantied by James. The prices here are not the cheapest in town but are the cheapest for the quality that is done. The shop works on your average vehicles all the way upto high end luxury cars. If you need your vehicle fixed from an accident or just a sprucing up call Hames and make your appointment! I will be doing tons of business here from now until well I can't drive anymore!

Barely noticed until I tried to back out. the stump pulled off half my bumper. I had to use my boot strings to tie the bumper up. I drove over to Representative Tim. I casually mentioned that it was bad timing because I had a funeral to go too in Denver. He told go get something to eat while his crew looked to examine the damage. His crew sewed the bumper back into place. He charged me $86.00 and off I went. Thanks Crown. I was able to go to funeral in my own car.

In hindsight, it has been one of the worst decisions I've made concerning my automobile . Initially I was told by the estimator/service advisor the repairs would take three weeks, possibly four weeks at the most. This was due to the complexity in repairing a C8 corvette. My car was taken to Crown CouchWorks in mid March 2026. Today is August 26, 2026, my car is still not completed.So April,May, June, July now August have almost passed....5 months I've been waiting for the completion of three or four week minor repair. They have been paid over $10,000 by my insurance company in addition to another $1,000 that I have paid them. They collected 80% of these funds in March 2026. By my estimat,Body Shop technicians working on my car accounted for three of the five months. GM sending a defective passenger door panel added two weeks maybe 20 days. The Estimator/ service writer who was the lead on this job has for certain added a month and a half in delays. Countless trips to the shop voicing my concern have been met with, "we are working on it" to "the ones working on your car have called in sick"to "the Body Shop personnel working on your car both have quit" to " the owner of the company and I am personally going to come in and make sure your car gets finished" Finally the latest comment was" do what you Gotta do" This was in response to my demand that my car be returned to me immediately. although my.car was not completely repaired. I took of possession of it one week ago. They did say they would not release my car unless I paid $500 and sign a ridiculous statement stating that the car was not repaired correctly and they were not responsible for the consequences that could arise out of their not completing the work they contracted for.I did not sign it, I paid the $500 they demandedI to release my car. I do want to add this Crown CouchWorks specifically their Painter did a great job in the painting of the car and also the matching of the paint. I asked that the owner call me, and was hungup on by the estimator/service writer. Perhaps he will reach out to me when he reads this review. Fortunately, I have the resources to get my car repaired correctly, it is currently at the dealership where the car was purchased and advised it's going to cost me $490. I'm not angry at Crown ChoachWorks. Although I'm.I'm certainly disappointed. I don't know if anyone else has had an experience like this with this company, I hope not. Therefore,,in good conscience, I could not recommend this company to anyone repairs.
