I backed up into a building, damaged the rear bumper and side quarter panels on my 2020 Toyota Sienna. After reading the reviews on Body Masters, I selected this shop despite my Insurance company trying to steer me to on of their "approved" shops. My insurance company did say that I could take the vehicle to any shop of my choice. Am I glad I selected Body Masters. The staff is friendly, the business is family owned and the time frame of repair was short. The only negative was how the Insurance company treated me. I will be re-considering the Insurance company in the next few weeks, but based on my results, I can say I would use Body Masters again, and again (hop not to as I haven't had an accident in 35 years. I may post a picture, but for now I can tell you, the vehicle looks like it cam off the new car lot. Body Master went the extra mile and washed the inside and outside. Is it possible to give a six star review on Yelp? I was looking for a place that did quality work and Body Master was Highly recommended by a friend. Fast forward, I took the bumper to Body Master to get it sanded down and repainted and appropriately matched to our car color (they had to fix West Mesa body shops job). I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and it was finished today by 1 o'clock and the color is spot on! Never in my life have I been more impressed with a body shop. The owner, Gaston, and his family are running an honest and reputable business and they definitely want to make their customers happy. The garage is located by the base, and honestly I didn't mind driving across town to them because they are 100% worth it. They are affordable, professional, and fast! Also, they color match SPOT ON!!! They have new equipment to stay up to date with all the new cars/colors. They did such an amazing job on our car, you can't even tell it's an after market bumper. I highly suggest going there for any auto body need you would need. They can seriously do everything AND the garages they own are organized and clean! We've decided to take our car back there next week to repaint the entire car. They said the turnaround would be one week which is crazy fast! I'm excited to see the results and will update soon! My 2022 Toyota Supra was involved in a Rear end accident which did quite some damage. I did some research into body shops and found a few. I got an estimate it'll be fixed Mid of Next year from the other shops. Fortunate for me Liz from Body master Auto repair contacted me and gave me a Estimated that parts would be only be about 3 months. I brought my car in October 13 and the car is now finished November 23! Only 1 month! Hands down the Best Body Shop I've been too they use all Oem parts as well which is awesome. These guys are amazing. My car was severely messed up. And my deductible was over 30 percent off. Thought id have to not have everything fixed. But the manager, Liz, couldnt have been more kind and helpful. She explained all the details transparently. And she took care of every detail w the insurance company. She got them to cover $1200 worth of additional damages. These guys literally did additional work before getting it approved, without expecting me to pay extra if it didnt work out. They even bought a brand new fender for me (rather than the after market one my insurance offered) and I had to insist on paying the difference because they didnt ask. As someone who doesnt know cars at all, I couldnt recommend them more highly. It's a family run business that is very clearly faith oriented, just by how they operate their business.
