I left my vehicle to get repaired here. It was repaired quickly and the service was good. Front desk at the body shop was great. I ran into an issue picking up my vehicle because one of the service center people gave me the wrong hours and I was in a severe time crunch but Estevan went above and beyond and took my vehicle to a separate area that accommodated the hours I needed to pick it up during the next day. I took my vehicle in for paint after an insurance claim. They painted about 70% of the vehicle and charged the insurance $7200 plus my $500 deductible. Upon completion of the job I had cracks in my dash, scratches on my windshield, scratches on my bumper and scratches on the interior door panel and air coming into my cab. I notified the so called service manager and he said if insurance didn't cover it, there was nothing they could do, even though NONE of this was there before I brought it in. I left messages for the General Manager and never heard back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.... read more

They damaged our car and refused to acknowledge it even though there are photos proving same. And their customer service is null. We purchased a 2017 Suburu in excellent condition early in January, only to have it back-ended two weeks later. It took several months for Progressive, the insurance company for the other driver, to set up an appointment to get our car fixed. We were thrilled when Progressive indicated Quality Collision was one of its preferred vendors. You were also our preferred vendor when we took the time to get our own three repair quotes. On our first visit to your shop,m we were greeted by Thomas Dilorenzo; he was respectful and professional. Thomas also helped us when we picked up the car on April 7. At the drop-off on March 31, we were told the job was estimated at five days. Once we discussed the job with Progressive and your shop a week later, we were told it could take ten more days. We called a week later and were told it would be ready by the end of that week, late on Friday afternoon or at the latest the next Monday. We called again the following Monday, and the car wasn't ready; I asked to talk with a manager and began talking with Edwin. He proved to be a valuable source of information and communicated with us frequently with updates and the reasons for delays. One of the things he mentioned several times was the importance of the quality check before the car left the lot. There were several issues ensuring the car was ready.  We finally picked up the car on Friday, April 7. When I say Edwin did a tremendous job building a relationship, I mean it. We were impressed with him and his commitment to customer service despite the number of issues he ran into with the car (none of them due to your shop). So impressed that we were going to bring the car back in and pay to have QC redo our hood (damaged by sitting under a sappy tree). I was already writing your stunning reviews in my head for Yelp and Google. And then came Ron. When we picked up the car on a Friday, it looked great, except for one issue. The front windshield was cracked all the way through. It was not cracked when we took it into QC. When my husband asked about it before driving off, Thomas took photos and reviewed the original photos. He determined that there didn't appear to be a crack when we brought the car in. He said he would check with Ron the following Monday to see if it could be sent to accounting. Thomas also mentioned QC had this issue recently on another car. Unfortunately, we received a phone call from one of your younger staff the following Monday, telling us Ron denied the claim to replace the windshield. I'm not sure why Ron didn't contact us. I called Edwin and requested he intervene; he tried, with no result. After we got the car home, we also realized that fasteners are missing on the rear-left wheel well, creating a rattle in that corner, and it may also be coming from the rear bumper liner on the right side. This is after having our car in quality check for days. When I contacted QC again to ask for your email addresses, I was told that the person would have to get Ron's permission to give me your emails. I explained I wasn't asking for personal information, just your business emails. I was told again the person couldn't do that without Ron knowing first. As you can imagine, between being told the claim was being denied (and essentially accusing us of trying to defraud you), all those weeks of hard work from Edwin building a long-term relationship with us were dashed to pieces in a few short minutes. Ron couldn't even call us and tell us his decision; he had a younger staff member do it. Yikes. Cowardly move. read more

Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else! I bought a truck at the dealership associated with this body shop. It was taken into the bodyshop to address a loose bed trim piece and poor fender alignment. I got it back with no resolution on the fender but they added a paint chip on the fender and a dent in my tailgate. My 50 thousand dollar truck came out looking worse than when it went in. I pointed out the damage and they put a blob of mismatched paint on the Fender chip. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys are incompetent AND destructive. read more

Repair of body damage went very well. We pulled off some trim backing out of garage. Needed new parts for 2016 car, & bumper had to be removed and reapainted. They did a great job. Suggest you check in with them by phone rather than waiting for call-backs. Took a bit longer than hoped but was less than estimate. A nice plus, car-wash & inside deatailing. read more

Connie Herrera is knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic when you are faced with a car repair. We were sort of stranded when parts broke off of a truck, causing extensive damage to our car while traveling. Connie dealt with an unresponsive at-fault business, then worked diligently with our insurance. Their high level of workmanship, thorough inspection and expediting our repair due to our situation was OUTSTANDING!! Don't go here. I got an estimate on my car that it would take 2.5 hours to repair. My car was done in less than one hour and they still charged me for 2.5 hours of labor and they refused to adjust the price when I pointed this out to them. I showed up with my car on their lunch hour and they said they would start working on my car at 1 pm when the guys got back from lunch. They called me on my cellphone at 2:19 pm that the car was ready. After I posted this review they sent me a check for the overpayment in the mail. read more

I have had the misfortune of needing two car repairs in the past three weeks for my car, and both have been minor. One was a bumper coming off because of Honda's easy-to-break-away bumpers, and the other a power window issue where the window dropped out of its track. I wanted quick, inexpensive fixes to my car issues because I'm planning on selling or trading in my car soon, and both times Quality Collision has been great about offering me those quick fixes. They also have the skills to do the full repairs and offer reasonable quotes. They work quickly and do a great job. All members of their team are professional and nice. I hope I don't need them for a long while, but if I ever do, I'll be returning here. read more

I was traveling from the San Francisco Bay Area to St. Louis, MO driving in my Mazda Miata with 2 cats. While staying at a local hotel, my driver's side car window was broken. AAA sent me to Quality Collision on Tennessee. I recently took my car in to this place to be fixed after I was rear-ended and they were horrible with communication and keep me posted with what was going on with my car. I called them the day after I dropped my car off to find out if there was any frame damage and they told me no. I called back a week and one day later to get an update because I was supposed to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday the following day and they told me my car would not be ready until Friday and that they had gotten the new damages approved from the insurance company totaling $5477. I was completely in shock considering the last I had heard my original quote was $2400. I didn't again asked them if there was any frame damage and they told me no again. Fast forward to yesterday and come to find out after getting a diminished value on my vehicle they did indeed replace the back frame and welded on a new portion and never told me anything. I'd been saving up for an out-of-pocket, exterior repair for a year. After shopping around, I decided to go with Quality. They gave me multiple estimates as I tried to decide which repairs I could skip and which were necessary ("I wish I were a millionaire so freakin' bad..."). (Carcrafters refused to make modifications on their estimate.) I had to wait a week for a loaner car to become available (they have 4), and then they set me up with a new Buick to drive while I waited for my car to become whole again. They said it would take 5 days, and they called me 5 days later to come pick up my car. They even washed + vacuumed my car, which is a relatively small gesture, but one I really appreciate, since I rarely get around to doing that. My car looks great, everything works, and now I can look at my car without crying inside. read more

I was in a fender bender in my car which is less than a year old so as you can imagine I was pretty bummed. The dealership recommended this place (A Hyundai dealer) and I'm so glad I went to them. Everything they said and every timeline they gave me was upheld. I specifically appreciated that they called when they said they would as that seems to be rare these days. The car came out fantastic and was spotless when I picked it up. Did I mention it was ready two days before expected?!!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a repair facility! Quality collision repairs employees are extremely unprofessional, rude, ignorant and take ZERO pride in their work!! I took in my BMW 3-series to be repaired here after an accident and they put on a bumper cover that clearly doesn't line-up and isn't the correct one nor did paint match my cars color and the left rocker panel doesn't fit correctly, looks warped, doesn't snap on correctly and it now has chips in it that weren't there when I took my car in and there is now a scratch on the drivers door that they also claim no responsibility!! They refused to correct their mistakes claiming that the scratches and chips were already there thus insinuating that I'm a liar! Quality collision repair by DiLorenzo is the worst place to take your car for repairs! A pickup backed into our WRX. Quality was the body shop recommended by Garcia Subaru. They did a great job, the car looks brand new and they even cleaned the interior while they had it. Their office staff was invariably friendly and had great customer service. They also worked with an unreasonably difficult insurance company to get the repairs paid for. This company was recommended to me by Brian from the service department at Garcia Honda on Lomas. "Call and talk to Ron," he says. So I do, and Ron helps me to get the rental and schedule a drop off for my car. (Thank you Ron) During the initial look over of the damage, Ron said that they could easily make all the repairs, and that they would be glad to use any remainding paint to touch up other areas we agreed on. He said my car "Would look like new," he said with a smile. I also asked if he would charge my a.c. and he agreed. The job was done within just 5 days and I was called to go pick up my car. The rear had been made like new and the A.C. had been charged. Thank you Ron. However, no touch ups were done, as promised, and my aftermarket 'stereo system' (that was in the trunk they worked on) no longer worked?? I told another gentlman named Chris how I felt and he denied the company ever having touched my system. Later it was proven that the wires had all been ripped out, so there was no power going to the amp. Once the wires and power was restored, the sound seems not right to me. :-( I was disappointed in my experience. Is the car fixed? Yes. Was there a lot of hassle and stress involved? Yes. This company was referred to me from my insurance company. I took my truck in for estimate after a minor accident. Considering it is was a close to my work & owned by the DiLorenzos that it had to be a reputable company. My first impression was how dumpy the building looked then greeted, well not even so much greeted by the rude lady at front desk. I wanted estimate and wanted my truck to be looked at. The young gentleman Michael Arvickson was the estimator helping me, very pleasant however the odor of alcohol was so strong on his breath and eyes blood shot red was very concerning to me. Either this guy had been drinking early in the morning or had a rough night. Also the turn around to get me truck back was unacceptable and there was not a rent-a-car available for me. This company is shorthanded and doesn't seem to hire qualified employees. I know I didn't want Mr. Arvickson driving my truck or any place near it. This was a very bad experience and need to hire more professional employees especially a customer's first impression "lady at the front desk"! sloppy and would not recommend it to anyone. read more
