I ordered through the website literally only the day before, which frankly I thought was too late to order an edible arrangement. I was getting a large birthday bouquet and had it for pickup for the next day at 4:30pm. They actually called me the next day at 12:30pm to tell me that the bouquet was already ready for me to pick up. I was surprised that they were able to make it so early and have it ready. They told me that they made it early to assure flexibility in my schedule, I appreciated that. It was also super easy to go in and pick up from the bouquet. Do not purchase from this location. Highly disappointed. Order Number: W2013631480-1 On 5/5/26 I placed an order for 7 arrangements totaling $499.92 from this Edible Arrangements location. The order was placed prior to the store opening and I paid for one hour delivery as advertised by the website. After 3 hours, I called the store and asked where my order was. They stated that ran out of items and are shopping for the items at another store. I informed them that I paid for the hour delivery in which they told me "oh you did, then we will refund you but your order will be there". I informed them that it is for a school and school is out at 2 pm. I was told it'd make it on time. Two young ladies met me in the office at 1:59pm. None of the arrangements were the arrangement I ordered. There was supposed to be m&ms in the arrangement in the vase and there was just kale. Additionally, all of the red boxes were torn and it looked sloppy. Furthermore, I asked for 7 balloons that say thank you for the arrangements and they gave me 6 which made it awkward handing out to staff here. I do not appreciate not getting what I paid for. On 5/7/26, after calming down, I filed a complaint with edible arrangements online (complaint # 172072) in which included photos . I got an email that my complaint was received then another email stating the complaint was closed. I have been trying to call 1-877-363-7848 to speak to customer service since then and keep getting sent to voicemail. Ive left several voicemails and have not heard back from the business. read more

I placed a 1 hour same day delivery first thing in the morning. By 1 PM, I realized that the order hadn't been delivered nor did the tracker show it was made. I contacted the store and spoke to a male who stated that the order didn't have the 1 hour delivery window and I could contact corporate but that the order was next to go out. At 3:00 PM, checked the tracker and nothing had been updated. I again contacted the store this time multiple times but there was no answer. I left a voicemail requesting a call back and proceed to contact their corporate number which sent me back to the store with again no answer. I do think this store needs to review their orders to make sure when their customers who are ordering and paying extra for a delivery window is made to meet what they are offering and not just one avoid phone calls or just push the customer off to corporate to only be sent back to the store who doesn't care to answer. read more

Definitely the worst EA location I've ever ordered from. They don't answer the phone. I've called every day since Mother's Day. IF they do deliver your items, it will probably be as late as 10:30 PM with no communication, and you order a bouquet just know that it will look like absolute sh*t. Do not go here if you want a pretty, presentable gift. The flowers I got had pedals falling off and did not look fresh, so I did not take the flowers and requested a refund. They ran out of flowers.. so I was not able to get others. And the packaging was terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I've been placing order with EA for years; never have I had such a horrible experience!! I placed an order for delivery on 8/23 and was advised it would deliver Saturday 8/24. I was home all weekend tracking it, and every time I refreshed, it said the driver was 3 or 4 stops away. Guess what? It never delivered. The driver lied and said they were unable to deliver due to nobody being home to answer the door. Which is odd because I was home all day... Someone from the store called and said it would deliver Sunday; okay great. Waited all day Sunday...never delivered. This time, the tracker never moved. I called Monday morning and left a message letting them know I would be picking up my order since they seem to have trouble finding my house. When I went to pick up, there was nobody at the front counter. The girl who finally came out seemed very nonchalant about the whole situation, and wasn't very helpful when I explained how I used my ENTIRE lunch break to PICK UP and order that should have DELIVERED 2 days prior. So I called corporate and explained the whole situation. The woman seemed very understanding and let me know someone would be contacting me to rectify the situation. They suck!!!! I placed an order to send to my grandma for her birthday last month, to surprise her. Per the email it said it got my order and it was working on getting sent and that is all. However, I kept checking to see if it was finally delivered and still saying that they are working on order. So I contacted the store and no answer. I had left tons of messages and nothing until finally someone answered and I asked this person and I should have asked for her name what was the status of the order and she said oh that it was sent out and I said oh wonderful.... The first time the chocolate strawberries were beyond sweating they were dripping and the roses were wilted. They have way better ones at Safeway for cheaper. I regret not taking pictures that time, because I was thinking maybe it was just a bad day, which for the prices they have is ridiculous. When you and look at their website, they state that these orders are delivered in a cold truck. This location has new management. Ali recently purchased the business from the old owner who had the worst customer service. The older owner was so horrible that the place was losing business. I went into the establishment to see what they have to offer and they have many gift ideas which include chocolate covered fruit arrangements baked goods teddy bears and flowers. My experience with the store was mostly online and over the phone as I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry arrangement to be delivered to the house of my long distance boyfriend for our anniversary. I called them the day of the delivery and asked what time the arrangement will be delivered so that someone will be home to receive it. They said the time when the deliveries will head out but were unsure of the exact ETA since the driver will do multiple deliveries. I informed my boyfriend who received the delivery on our anniversary day and it was a smooth transaction. The only downside is there was no way for me to determine the exact time of the delivery given that it was a gift and I didn't have an ETA. I would recommend that the store send updates when the arrangement leaves the store and is out for delivery and when the driver is heading to the recipient's address and send the updates to both the sender and the recipient since they have the contact information. This is a new location close to home. It was the last day to redeem a coupon for free box of edible fruit. The store front is small but cute inside. Upon entering there was a masked guy behind the counter absorbed in his cell phone. He didn't even look up when I came inside. I said HELLO and he looked up. I told him about the coupon and he just walked away through the prep area doors. A woman came out (no gloves). She asked for my cell number, punched it in and politely told me " your coupon expired yesterday". Luckily I had a screen shot of the coupon which showed the correct expiration date. She said she had apples and strawberries available and I said that was fine. She returned a couple minutes later with the cute box. The strawberries looked great but after one bite clearly they were either previously frozen or just not a fresh product. The apples were very good. I shared the box with coworkers that said the same about the strawberries. Well it was free after 3 pricey purchases so maybe the freebies are of lesser quality...? The delivery person apparently rang our doorbell a few times, then called my cell twice (as I didn't pickup due to being on a call) but instead of leaving the box on my doorstep in the hot sun, they texted me stating I had a delivery and waited until we picked it up on our doorstep. First, I order my valentines for my wife on Feb 1st through online and I went to to this exact spot yesterday to make sure that my wife will received before she get's off at 1:30pm on Valentine's Day because it is surprised that she does not know that I'm getting her something for Valentine's Day. Originally was going to give one star because when I received my gift of the Christmas arrangement it was pretty sad. The fruit was sweaty but when I bit into it it was extremely frozen so when I let it defrost the fruit became mushy and brown. Also, there was an additional card sent with my order with someone else's name. My gift was over $100 so I decided to call to see what they could do. This is where my rating goes to 4 stars. After having a detailed conversation with staff & manager, they decided to send me another Christmas arrangement with fresh fruit and it was definitely one that met my expectations. Just a little update to my review that I posted originally the business manager basically is telling me that I am lying the strawberry that I posted that was unripe was not the same strawberry that was in the tray that they sent me first of all I didn't get any Trace sent to me I picked it up in store you are not busy so there was no excuse for why I received pumpkin I feeling as cheesecake replacement and if you're going to do that you need to let people know because people are allergic just like I am she said the strawberry that I posted that was not ripe was not off of the tray you can clearly see the strawberry right next to the lower part of the tray in the middle on the left side.. no reason for me to take a photo of another strawberry.
