It was not only fun to support a local new business with a 10% discount, but to scratch off a possibility of winning a $15 voucher when you purchase $30. For their grand opening, there was a 10% off discount and my clip was packaged in the cutest little bag. I'm definitely keeping it to reuse as a cute gift bag for sure! I showed my pickup email to the cashier who went to the back to retrieve my order. The process was quick and efficient as I was on my way. The order was placed prior to the store opening and I paid for one hour delivery as advertised by the website. After 3 hours, I called the store and asked where my order was. They stated that ran out of items and are shopping for the items at another store. I informed them that I paid for the hour delivery in which they told me "oh you did, then we will refund you but your order will be there". I informed them that it is for a school and school is out at 2 pm. I was told it'd make it on time. Two young ladies met me in the office at 1:59pm. None of the arrangements were the arrangement I ordered. There was supposed to be m&ms in the arrangement in the vase and there was just kale. Additionally, all of the red boxes were torn and it looked sloppy. Furthermore, I asked for 7 balloons that say thank you for the arrangements and they gave me 6 which made it awkward handing out to staff here. I do not appreciate not getting what I paid for. On 5/7/26, after calming down, I filed a complaint with edible arrangements online (complaint # 172072) in which included photos . I got an email that my complaint was received then another email stating the complaint was closed. I have been trying to call 1-877-363-7848 to speak to customer service since then and keep getting sent to voicemail. Ive left several voicemails and have not heard back from the business.
