I walked in with my daughter and wasn't greeted by either of the two employees standing next to the door, which is weird because I usually smile and say hi to the employees, so it wasn't like I was giving off bad vibes. However, the woman walking in behind me got a very enthusiastic greeting. When my daughter and I were looking around, not once did either of those employees ask if we needed assistance but they sure did ask others around us if they needed help. We weren't being rude or loud, so I'm not sure why we didn't receive any of the customer service we normally get. They didn't even acknowledge us when we walked out after purchasing some items, and we walked out of the door closest to them! I visited this b&n location after visiting the Arden and Folsom location, and I was very excited to find that they were carrying a specific book that I couldn't find at the other two. A bookseller even came by to talk about the book with me and she was absolutely raving about it. I spent quite some time in this store, and was very surprised when she remembered me at checkout! I got a chance to chat with her and the bookseller at the cash register over about the book and what a pleasure it was. They've got a repeat customer out of me!

You can taste the coffee but it doesn't overwhelm the chocolate. They play very well together. I got some knoppers, chocolate covered wafers, that also has a milk/hazelnut filling in the middle I fell in love with those the first time my partner introduced me to them. When I found them at this store, I was thrilled I also got some original Cadbury. The Cadbury they sell here in the USA, is made by Hershey's.
