My fiancé and I were regular customers here for over a year, shopping weekly and donating several…read moretimes. We consistently supported this store and usually had positive interactions. On December 23rd, my fiancé brought a cast-iron pot to the counter because it had no tag and simply asked about the price. The employee working that day accused him of removing the tag himself, claimed he had done this before, and said he had been a problem in the past. This was completely false. When my fiancé calmly tried to explain that there must be some confusion, he was asked to leave. Being accused of dishonesty without evidence was upsetting and unacceptable, especially after being loyal customers who supported the store with both purchases and donations. Businesses should value their customers and treat them with basic respect and fairness. Because of this experience, we no longer feel comfortable shopping here, which is a huge bummer. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated. (I never leave reviews)

I told him that I needed to go and check out their collection for myself! I am so happy we did - Magnolia Antiques and Home Interiors is massive! I actually couldn't remember where one of the items I wanted was located at one point. They had a huge collection of Uranium glass all over the building! I did multiple loops checking out everything before finally settling on a plate and a set of salt and pepper shakers! Pricing on most items were fair! I honestly wanted to buy everything I saw. Staff were also friendly enough and helpful! They had so many amazing items for sale - I couldn't list them all if I tried. They promised it would arrive in a week to a week and a half. 3/30: after hearing nothing , I went to their store to ask about the dress. They were unable to find that it was ever ordered. They let me know they would speak to their manager. They texted me the same day to let me know it would be in on Thursday (4/2). 4/3: on Friday I texted to find out if the dress had come in on Thursday. They assured me I could come pick it up later in the day. Then they sent a follow up text message saying that it wasn't in, but it would be there Monday (4/6) or Tuesday (4/7). 4/7: I texted to see what the status of the dress was. The owner called me and let me know that it would be in on Thursday. Prom is Saturday. I asked for a refund since prom is in a couple days and we have no dress, and that every other deadline had been missed. The owner refused saying she would only give me a refund if the dress did not get here in time for prom. She indicated that the prior dates I was given were by staff that did not have authority to give dates. She also indicated they did not give refunds, but I reminded her that she has my money and I have no dress. She still refused to refund me. I let her know I would call my bank to reverse the charges. She ended the call by telling me that she would reach out on Thursday to let me know I could pick up my dress. Update: 4/9: the owner texted me at 3:25pm letting me know the dress was available for pick up and offered to discount a third of the cost. I reiterated my request for a full refund since the transaction wasn't available to be completed until a day and a half before prom and in that time we had to get a new dress. I sent her a recap of the timeline and she responded saying "I completely understand and you're right, I would plead my case, but in the event to not further inconvenience you, we will just settle at a refund. Please provide the last four digits of the card used." I'm glad this is concluded and VERY glad to have my money back.
