Do not use this Mobile Mechanic!!! he came to my home after…read moresearching for Mobile Mechanic's near me and I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle since he worked on it. It's making a horrendous squeaking noise since he worked on it, which he refused to come and look at after I waited for him to arrive all day and at the end of the day, he texted me saying he wasn't coming and was not coming back because it was too far to drive for him and he had a long day. I just left O'Reilly's auto parts because the alternator he bought from O'Reillys and installed on my vehicle is bad and thankfully O'Reillys could pull up this guys account and they refunded me my money - but only what this guy paid for it which was $440, so I'm still out the $500 extra that I paid for this bad alternator...so I've basically learned that he upcharged me for the alternator by $500. Plus he billed me labor to install it. (He also charged me $969 for this refurbished alternator that only cost him $440). O'Reillys showed me what this guy paid for it and a brand new one is less expensive than what he charged me for a refurbished one which he installed without asking me if I minded if he used refurbished parts. I thought he was installing new parts, and when I told him I wanted a new alternator, he told me it was thousands of dollars and that's why he went with refurbished one. That is also a lie, which I found out today. I also had to replace the new battery he charged me for and installed because the alternator drained it and thankfully O'Reillys replaced it at no charge to me and I learned this guy upcharged me on the battery by over $100 plus he charged me labor to install it. He comes across as a very nice person, but beware! Very, very, very disappointed. Everyone in O'Reillys could not believe the amount he was over charging me for parts when I showed them the invoices he had provided to me. There are much better and more honest Mobile Mechanic's out there, find them and do not use this guy. He goes by Antoine.

I had my spare tire removed and connectors ready to repair- they had no clue who I was, made a remark about me pulling in , and then argued with me about the repair - saying " if it was a 15 min repair, you wouldn't be here". It was in a forward position, I was halfway into the space, and I needed to finish backing in. Finally, though, deciding I could not simply stay there; as the gearshift was forward, I started off. The car backed up, though, Into the space! Fine for now, I went and caught my flight. Returning a week later, I pulled up Yelp and submitted three assistance requests. Hooten's Mobile Mechanics replied within minutes; the other two, not for over 24 hours. After dealing with a finicky GPS, Shannon was there a half hour later.
