Found it on my way to visit friends. Ordered the seemingly popular Chicken,Bacon and Ranch. Sat down to wait for my order and was watching the Sunday football game on the big LED screen. Seem very busy with delivery orders and people coming in to eat, take out. It was a Sunday afternoon.All of the sudden thsi guy comes out and explains that the reason for the delay on my order is that they forgot to put one of the ingredients. Which one? Bacon..... that of course, is a crime. You can forget the chicken, but bacon. LOL! Anyway, a fresh one was in the oven and he will give me both pizzas to take for the delay! 2 X 1. We haven't order from the Williamson location for a long time . They were always getting orders wrong . I thought giving them a chance (3 months later ) they would have somebody there would listen and have a brain . Well ...... guess what ? Ordered traditional wings, onion petals, and a calzone for a total of $33.44!! For that price we could have had a sit down dinner at a restaraunt. The wings were over cooked, dry and hard. The onion petals and calzone were ok. We have had this problem before . never know what quality of food you are going to get. Will not order from them again until the quality of the food improves. Let's start out by saying they should get better phone reception here at this location.. That being said I ordered a large pizza with hot peppers, mushrooms, and onions..I could barely hear the girl repeat the order through a terrible phone connection... When I got the pizza home, it had hot peppers, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and onions on 1 half only.. No more buying here, this is not the first time the order was screwed up. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza tonight along with other things , the wings were really good but the pizza was very dry if you lifted the cheese up you could not see any sauce the only place you could see it was by the crust. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!! Ordered a bunch of food and they can't even make a cold sub sandwich! The ingredients that are even printed on the order and they can't get it right. They left out the cheese, banana peppers and the dressing all specified on the order that was well over $100.00. Straight garbage stay away from the place! As much as I love the pizza, the prices keep climbing and the portions get smaller. I don't care for their subs anymore-Always disproportioned. Also the service is very hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone great and polite. Other times you wonder why they are working with people at all. Is mice you can see into the kitchen and seating is in its own room or outside. read more

Poor customer service. I ordered online and then called to get the cup pepperonis instead of the regular because I couldn't find the option online. I didn't know it was only a specialty pizza (which btw is almost $20 for a large, ridiculous), so the girl on the phone made us aware but never stated anything about being an extra few dollars. I go in there to pick it up and they canceled my online payment and tacked on $3 extra dollars for the pepperonis and claimed "i gave you a discount as well", to cover up for their mistake? Anyways. I asked to talk to the manager and she laughed and turned around and told the manager I wanted to talk to him. I explained that I was charged extra money but she didn't mention that on the phone. He apologized and said we should have been made aware and we left it at that. The girl came back grabbed some plates and threw them on my pizza box and then said "there's a two liter with this order too" with an attitude and walked away. For the amount they charge, their customer service needs to be better. Will never go there again and will be making any necessary phone calls I need to to assure that she doesn't do that again. read more

Absolutely done with them! We used to order at least once a week, prices increased we order less! Well the last couple times (over a couple months) they have forgotten something each time. I actually wanted to order from a different place tonight, but with this virus they sold out! So ok let's do marks ‍ payed 70$ for them to yet again short me an item! This time I called I was mad! (I was a Karen) After I explained this was actually not the first time and I was upset that I spend as much as I did to have to go out to get replacements! The manager had the audacity to say I wasn't worth his time since I wasn't coming back and he had more important things to do! That is appalling! Where do they hire these people!? I proceed to call back about 8 times after being hung up on .. finally a woman answered and she was amazing! I would not have been able to stay as calm as she did with all the yelling I was doing (reasonably I was not happy having been hung up on 8 times). I will NEVER order from marks again! The food is hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza is outstanding but other times it's below par. One thing I love is being able to place my order online. That is such a perk. The biggest problem is mistakes each and every time we get home delivery! It's so disappointing. Our order last week was 2 orders of chicken wings and a large pizza. I asked for well-done wings and onions on only half of the pizza. The wings were soft & soggy and there were onions on the entire pizza. I want to give Mark's Pizzeria a higher rating but that's not possible due to their propensity at making mistakes on orders :/ read more

My husband ordered the chicken parm sub & I ordered the fish dinner. He usually loves it but this time was so disappointed. The bread wasn't as good. We have been a steadfast customer of Mark in Williamson NY location until last night I will never order from them again. I have ordered many times an usually spent in the range of 50.00 dollarsin all the time i have only had one complaint. until last night the girl that delivered the order got mad when my daughter check the pizza, because of the one complate chesses stuck to the top so we check it last an sure thing it happened again the girl that delivered it here last night was the first time sh has ever delivered here she rolled her eyes when my daughter told her the pizza was sticking to the top so we call marks to tell them about the manager there gave his name of Fletcher Channeler if it is his name . was very disrespectful to me he said he talked to the driver she told him that we complained all the time how does she know this it was the first time she has ever delivered she even went as far to say my daughter slammed the lid on the pizza to make the cheese stick. the manager when asked for the owners name he said he did not have it, then we wanted the district manager number he told us to look it up on the internet I have never been so upset by his remarks to me on the phone.
