I'm waiting three stars for the simple fact that they have a good amount of inventory but in the last couple years they have hired way too many employees. They act like you don't exist when you go in there because they're too busy talking to each other . Last time I was in there I counted at least six maybe eight employees way too many for such a small store it was more cluttered than anything with bodies. I did make a purchase on this visit which I have been in the store multiple times over the years and I have run into this employee Tommy a few different times and he seemed out of it every time I dealt with him this time he did my paperwork and he reeked of alcohol and it took him more than 35 minutes to do a simple paper form and check me out. I traded in a shotgun I couldn't shoot anymore cause of a bad shoulder from the army I also had a hi point YC9 I just didn't want or use anymore and was able to trade both for a pistol I wanted and let me just say I've shopped all around the Indiana area Indy gun bunker, Indy arms co, range USA, Rural king , cabela's lol and etc. This by far was the most easiest and most pleasant experience I've had when buying or trading firearms or even picking up items I've had shipped there. I live in the Indianapolis area but drive all the way here to give my business. Overall 10/10 experience would highly recommend. Plus there used guns are actually really fairly priced imo at this point in time Marksman Shooting Sports is my preferred FFL over anyone else. On top of that they have the cheapest FFL transfer fee I've found. read more

They're friendly in the services good. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before purchasing a firearm from them. They charged me more than $50 over new Factory price I could have ordered one for at my local gun shop. I will do my research next time and pass on their over-inflated used gun prices. Knowing that the fire on my purchase I paid $450 for they probably had less than $200 in. Unsavory business practice. Just turned 18 last month and I've been in the market for a shotgun to do some cheap range therapy with my dad. I came in after a haircut and saw their nice selection of guns, all of which at a good price. The two people working were both very nice and knew what they were talking about. I'm an anesthesiologist and I simply went here to complete a transfer. This was the first time I've felt uncomfortable in a Gun store. The tone and attitude of the clerk had me wanting to escape ASAP. I hardly looked suspicious wearing my university sweatshirt and shorts. There was also absolutely no inventory here to even browse. The owner is truly an amazing guy. As much as the inventory took the hit due to COVID-19 and unrest in the country, I was able to find few gems that I couldn't find anywhere else, including internet. Their prices are not just reasonable, they are affordable and you don't ever feel price gouged. That's not the feeling I've had in few other gun shops in large Indy area. Supernice people.
