This experience cost her 1 day lost income from her job, plus she wasted the 2 hours commuting back and forth from Boston. Very disappointing and upsetting. If they needed to reschedule, they should have called at least 24 hours earlier. Once she was in the office, they should honor the appointment and see her, so this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Stay away from this office.
