It was a bit watery so Vincent remade it, this time 25% sugar, green tea with oat milk, hot. WOW. It was night and day difference in creaminess. Best part was the service. Vincent was patient with me and worked with me to find the best drink and remade it without issue. Maybe even better is the fact that a medium for $2.xx. honestly the best value for a very decent bubble tea. Fyi I don't get bubble as a personal preference, but i heard they make it fresh everyday. This is not your kung fu tea, ding tea, etc but it is still very good and simple.

Travis, the owner, is wonderfully kind and clearly has a good eye for delicious coffee, good staff, and quality decor. Typically I get a cup of black coffee and work in the cafe for a few hours, enjoying every second of it. Their lattes are also delicious and a favorite of mine when I come here for pleasure instead of business. The only complaint I could muster is that they have limited seating, especially during the winter when you can't sit outside. But this is just a testament to how loved this coffee shop is by all.
