I understand busy businesses but this is Aurora, MO and over seven hours for an alignment is ridiculous. I haven't bought a car here so I can't comment on the dealership's sales team but I did have an…read moreolder model Chrysler repaired there. The repair itself was good and they did fast work at a reasonable price. However, upon arriving home I noticed a large softball-sized dent in the driver's side rear area that wasn't there before taking it in. They don't have a gated area for cars they're repairing and the car was left overnight in the main parking area in front of the shop. Either one of the mechanics hit it backing out of the repair bay or, as I suspect, it was hit by a car backing out of the parking space next to where my car was parked. Whatever the case, they were responsible since my car was left in their care. A lot of calls and visits to the shop (a huge hassle and waste of my time) proved futile and the management refused to pay the simple repair (it would have only been a few hundred dollars to have the dent/scratches repaired). And now that they have not owned up to the damage they're getting negatively reviewed online and I will never take any future vehicle there, nor will I buy a vehicle from them. I will -- and have -- also told everyone I know not to do business with them. They really should have a locked gate for cars under repair and own up to damages incurred to vehicles that they are taking care of.
