Marlow's the crowd favorite. Can never do you wrong! I come here often for work lunches. It's your traditional American eatery. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Full bar, mixed seating and dim lighting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is always friendly and fast! The food is of great quality and consistent in their flavoring and preparation. It's a no brainer pick when you went to have something good, fast and served to you by a helpful waiter. I finally tried to Asian Ahi Tuna Salad and it's been moved is my list to top 3! The dressing was phenomenal and the mixture of flavors well thought out!

Good service... [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good spot for lunch meeting..[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Salad was solid, could've been better, but added extra dressing to give it some life... Shrimp was good, i wish it didn't have all the garnish on it but overall good lunch meal.. My server Ashley was super good, friendly and fast! Great job and experience.

Miso Cod

Had a great dinner here. Started with friendly service from the bar tender when we walked in. He was quick to take our drink order and offer some suggestions. We started with the Parmesan Crab Dip. It was good, the crackers served with it had a nice kick of heat that complemented the dip well. I then had the Miso Cod for my entree. It was delicious, and I can see why it's a favorite. A right size portion of cod served over shrimp fried rice, with blistered green beans and sweet chili. The flavors came together great. I'm looking forward to having it again. You can't go wrong with it.

Parmesan Crab Dip (replaced the Trout Dip). Boo hoo!

We came here again for an early dinner and wanted to order the Trout Dip only find out that they took it off the menu and replaced it with the Parmesan Crab Dip. We decided to give it a try and it was just "okay". We prefer the Trout Dip, so we are a little disappointed with that change. For my dinner I ordered the Grilled Atlantic Salmon and the flavors were good, and the potatoes had a nice sauce covering it, however my salmon was a little overcooked. My husband loved his Miso Cod dish, that was a plus! Overall we had a decent dinner and my husband wants to come back to have that dish again.

On the inside this Marlow's has the same non-divey pub feel as any other, with an enclosed outdoor patio. I came here with a largeish group for a weekday winter lunch, and unfortunately they asked us to sit outside, although it was at least heated. When we left there still was plenty of seating inside, so not sure why we were asked to eat outside. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come and ask about drinks, we were the only table outside at that time so maybe they forgot us, although to her credit after that our waitress was very attentive. Some people had a good food experience and others did not. Basically anyone who ordered something cooked to temp, such as my Tuna or others' steaks, found their food overcooked. My tuna was supposed to be rare but some pieces were cooked through, and I also thought the portion of fish not that generous. Not terrible but not a place I want to return to.

Buddha Bowl w/ Poke

Decided on an early dinner. Ate at the bar and started a cocktail like all good meals should start. The Nee Fashioned was an outstanding drink. You had the bite of a good whiskey with just enough sweetness from the banana liqueur. The brussel sprouts were also good with a good balance of olive oil a pinch of vinegar. The star of the day was the buddha bowl. I added poke because I had a good poke salad from them before. The flavors were excellent. The quinoa and farro was elan excellent base that really took on the flavor of the red wine vinaigrette. All the veggies add a pleasant crunch. I was pleased and surprised that they did not skimp on the poke. I am used to eating meals like this while trying to conserve the meat until the end. Not a problem there was plenty of poke in every bite. The bad tenders and wait staff were friendly and attentive. Good place to kick back and chill with a good meal and drink.

Parmesan Ctab Dip

Visited my favorite neighborhood restaurant for a quick bite and decided to try a new menu item. Today the new try was the Parmesan crab dip that was served with the most delicious buttery saltines I've ever eaten. When I first ordered it I was excited about the dip but skeptical about why it was being served with saltines but OMG the saltines made the dip not just tasty but outstanding! I hope this app stays around for the long haul. And as always, our server was great and very attentive!

5/30/26 7:30pm…read more Cumberland Mall Cheesecake Factory Parking, semi hard We waited about an hour for a party of 3. It was very crowded, lots of events happening (birthdays and other celebrations). So I cut them some slack with the wait time. Waiter was not as attentive as he could've been. I had Shrimp Scampi which came cold. I ate the shrimp and left the pasta. I wasn't impressed at all and I've been here before and had great food ...but the vibe is different now. We had to ask for the bread to be brought out. We waited about an hour for the food to come out and when we were ready to go had to wait for the waiter to come cash us out. Always like The Cheesecake Factory, but this likely is my last time patronizing this location. We should have gone to Maggianos.

Our reservation is at 6 and we were seated by 6:08. Took a few minutes for our server to come greet us, we all started off with waters, but said that we will be ordering drinks and we have one more friend arriving in 10mins. Came back with the water and bread baskets and he disappeared again. Our friend arrives and finally got our server's attention to order appetizers. At this point, we were kind of annoyed and the birthday girl said to forget about the drinks. She flagged some other server down to refill our waters (still haven't seen our server come back after taking our appetizer order). Someone delivered our appetizer and we asked him to refill our waters again. At this point, we see our neighboring table's server more than we see ours. Birthday girl flagged someone else down for more waters and we just sat and waited. Finally was able to flag down someone, probably a manager that was walking around, told him that we haven't seen our server in a long time and we would like to order dinner. He said ok, walked away and came back and said that he will take our order. His demeanor / attitude was short and borderline rude (at least when he was talking to me) but so soft spoken and patient with my friend sitting across from me with her questions. Not sure if he felt some kind of way because I said and quote "We haven't seen our server in a while and we would really like to order dinner." Once we ordered... more waiting, then suddenly... our server popped up and was like "are you guys ready to order?" What??? do you guy who work together don't communicate with one another? We told him we already did and just just gave a nod and walked away. Took about 30-40mins before we got our food. Our server did stop by once during that wait to let us know that it'll be ready soon. My friend's first concern was... is out food going to be hot? Finally when we got our food she took a bite of her chicken and she said "it's just warm", the birthday girl's chicken was also just warm, my pasta was slightly undercook and also just warm. The last 2 entrees that's delivered to our other friends, the fried cauliflower... was hot. The veggie burger was hot but the whole thing fell apart when she picked it up. She also had to wait for her sweet potato fries, which was actually fresh. Then our server popped up to check on us, we went ahead and told him to put in our to-go order and asked for our check (not really sure how long it would take for him to come back if we let him leave... LOL). We all just kind of picked at our food, the quality of the food is just not there and we were really annoyed at the lack of service that we got. I ordered the Jambalaya pasta and the chocolate truffle tower to go for my husband and when I got home (30min drive) and open the food... It was dried, the pasta was undercooked, there was no flavor (not the jambalaya that my husband got when eating in). He took a bite and said it was the most disgusting thing ever. As bad as the food and the service is, at least they can still make a decent cake / cheesecake. Being home and taking a bit of that cake is the best thing of the night. Definitely not the cheesecake factory we know and remember. The birthday girl's dinner experience was ruined and she was really annoyed with the lack of service and the quality of the food as are the rest of the party.

The space is solid - medium-to-large with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plus a cool hidden speakeasy door in the back if you want to switch up the vibe. We started with a Caesar salad to share, which was fresh and pretty tasty. But the main event is always The Burger. The combination of wood-grilled beef, roasted poblano, melted cheddar, red onion, and cilantro aioli is top-tier. It's honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had, with the smoky poblano giving it the perfect kick. It comes with fries cooked to absolute perfection and your choice of pickle--the dill was the perfect move to tie it all together. There's a reason this burger wins awards. If you haven't been yet, you're definitely missing out.

The food was excellent, the drinks were on point, and our waitress did an awesome job handling such a large party. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of all night. After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.
