Amazing clothing from t- shirts, sweaters, pants, dresses- all things tie-dye. Some of it was around $40+ for shirts, but there was a discounted section too. Different materials of fabric (I chose some softer ones since I was going to be wearing it most of the day). The gentleman who runs it was very helpful and friendly. Definitely knowledgeable in the craft as he talked about fabric material, pre-shrunk techniques, and me seeing all the cool designs, color patterns, prints alongside the colors (there was a really cool skull tie-dye shirt I was tempted to buy). I wore it all day Monday at work and shopping after- all were in awe of the beauty of it. Then found myself later wearing it cause it was nice and comfortable. Very colorful, and most importantly- comfortable. I let those who asked know- Cali Kind Clothing. . My brother's shoes ended up being too big, but since it was so close to the event, we had no choice but to take them as they were. Customer service was also very disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, she made it seem like everything was our fault. It felt like she cared more about the money than making sure her customers were happy and properly taken care of. She only gave us two options for fittings (Wednesday or Friday) for a Saturday event. When we pointed out the sizing issues, she had the nerve to ask for an additional $15 fee to fix her own mistakes, with no time left to actually get it done. * The Dress: My aunt also ordered a dress here. It was supposed to be shortened slightly, but it was cut so short it was unwearable. She had to rush to San Jose at the last minute to buy an entirely new dress. Almost everyone in our party had issues with their outfits. This owner is unprofessional and clearly does not prioritize her customers. Save yourself the stress and the money--go somewhere else.

I called the Rohnert Park location and asked if they could simply switch my online order to the inventory they had in store so I could start my 10 day waiting period sooner without having to cancel and reorder. I was told that would not be a problem and that I could come into the store and begin the paperwork. After driving to the store and waiting about 45 minutes, I was told something completely different. They said I would have to cancel my online order and place a brand new order for the one they had in stock. That was not what I was told on the phone. I declined because my original online order included a $120 Sezzle promotion that reduced my total cost. Canceling and reordering would have meant losing that discount. I left the store disappointed and decided I would just wait for my original order to arrive. What really made this situation unacceptable was what happened afterward. The same day, someone from the store contacted customer service regarding my order. Then today, I received confirmation that my online order had been canceled even though I never authorized anyone to cancel it. WTF? Why would anyone cancel a customer's order without their permission, especially when they did not even process the in store purchase I originally came in for? I specifically chose to keep my online order because I did not want to lose the $120 promotion. I wasted time driving to the store, waited nearly an hour, was given conflicting information, and now my order has been canceled without my consent. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects a serious lack of communication and customer service.
