The only true Hamam experience in DFW. My friends and I came here for a girls spa day and fully enjoyed the experience. We all had various services but we were able to all come in at the same time and enjoy our treatments during the same time. The establishment was very clean, organized, and the service was great. I opted for the Mediterranean scrub, and it was lovely. My skin felt amazing afterwards, but in hindsight I would have combined it with a massage! Used this spa for a birthday girls trip. Overall had amazing service. We never had Turkish baths before so that was an interesting but amazing experience. The massage was nice and so was the facial. The only con I have is while I was there, I fell landing on a machine that was in the hallway. There is no grip on the shoes or anything to hold onto when walking down, and the soap makes it extra slippery. I fell very hard and was left with a very large bruise on my back and pain on the right side of my body from my neck to my hip. With the area being so wet and being soapy, there needs to be better safety precautions in place. We had a great time, but, that one fall slightly ruined our trip. I loved the Hammam. The waiting area was so pleasant and comfortable, but we didn't wait long. However, I got to enjoy it afterwards while drinking a delicious Moroccan tea with baklava. It is so clean I felt very comfortable, the lockers are very convenient with a code instead of a key. The sauna was awesome and then the scrub was great. Esmeralda was hard enough but not too gentle for not removing the dead skin cells. She washed my hair and then added some bubbles that were very relaxing. I highly recommend this place. read more

Visited MHS today. The place is super relaxing and calming. Upon my arrival I was ushered in to the seating area which is nicely decorated with a little hint of Morocco. Then I was taken to the locker area where I changed into my robes to go for my massage. Nadia did a great job with my massage. The place is super clean and pristine. Afterwards you get kava and bakhlava. The tea was very good and just what you needed at the end of the massage. Overall my experience was great and can't wait to go back to try and explore other services. I've read stuff about scheduling here. They asked me to come an hour earlier for my appointment which I couldn't. I went on my appointment time and was taken care of immediately. read more

So excited to have found a hammam spa in North TX - this hammam spa is excellent! My best friend and I spent a wonderful afternoon on 2.23. The establishment is very clean, relaxing with lovely decor. The staff is respectful, gracious, welcoming and very attentive to your needs. This was my 1st visit. I opted for the Mediterranean Infusion and was treated by the owner herself. The infusion was fabulous, my skin felt incredible and this morning, it feels so soft. I also got a facial. The tech is knowledgeable and this morning, my skin is smooth with no evidence of the dry flakiness that occurs during Winter. The afternoon ended in the lounge with a lovely Moroccan tea and baklava nibbles. I enjoyed this experience very much. Looking forward to returning soon. read more

I have been wanting to give this place a try since a friend referred them to me. I was very impressed! This is a female only day spa and it is so calming and peaceful. There is a lounge area where you wait for your services or relax and enjoy some amazing mint tea. I had a massage and bath. The massage therapist was VERY attentive and made sure to ask me what I wanted and needed. The bath and steam were also great. I took my daughter to Maroc Hamam spa for a Christmas gift and decided to give myself that gift too. We had experienced a haman in Istanbul,Turkey, several years ago and loved it. I believe our hamam at Maroc was even better. I liked the privacy of the experience--only one woman at a time is in the hamam room. The amount of dead skin that came off me was amazing. You get scrubbed, then lotion,and bubbles that form a blanket on you. At the end I had a shower that felt like standing in warm rain--marvelous! My facial was also superb. She used steam to clean and open pores, followed by exfoliation and wonderful lotions. I came out with beautiful glowing skin. I like that the facility it for women only. At the end of our treatments we were treated with baklava and Morrocan tea. If you have never experienced a hamam bath then you need to make an appointment at Maroc Hamam! read more

I arrived today and had reserved the Hamam Experience with Mini Facial. The Hamam piece was good! However, I never received a mini facial (unless that consists of putting one thing on your face and then I wash it off myself when leaving the room) and was never wrapped and treated to a scalp,neck and shoulder massage. Upon exiting the into the lounge I asked the receptionist about this and she said "we are working on updating this and it is not included." Well that would have been nice to know BEFORE I booked this appointment. I would have booked the regular Hamam for $100 vs $140. So in essence I paid and extra $40 to put one topical on my face? The experience was really nice but I felt there feeling jipped and that I did not get what I paid for. And no apology, no offer to make things right, nothing. She could care less. Very disappointing overall and thus I cannot recommend. Be sure when you call to know exactly what you are getting because the website is incorrect as is all the menus in their lounge. :( Its' sad because had I just done the Hamam I would have left their a happy customer with no reason not to return. My husband booked the de-stress package for my birthday, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this place was amazing! Esmeralda was my masseuse and she gave an incredible massage. She was receptive to feedback and had the perfect pressure for my body. Then Ellie completed my hydra-facial! She educated me on the difference in the type of facials, made recommendations based on my skincare needs, and then even went above and beyond to get out all the impurities out of my skin. She also helped me to know what to expect of my skin in the coming days and how to take care of my skin after the facial! In December of 2018 I stumbled across this spa on Groupon and decided to purchase the Groupon, I scheduled my appointment however maroc hammam called me twice to reschedule my appointment for whatever reason first they overbooked and second the massage therapist was unavailable On the day of my appointment I got to my appointment on time however I had to wait 4 hours before I was attended to, the lady mentioned that the clients before me got there late for that set them behind I remained calm and ended up spending my whole day, and missed other appointments I had at that point I figured well may be it was just a bad day for them So I got the Groupon deal for facial I'm January and called several times to schedule an appointment! AGAIN the same thing happened this time they called me 4 times to reschedule my appointment! In fact the lady called me on the day of my appointment to cancel telling me the massage therapist had an emergency I work long hours and I had to move things around to accommodate the multiple times they called me to cancel and reschedule On the day of my appointment I got there about 15mins late, on getting there the lady told me they redeemed my Groupon at first I thought it was a joke, for one I really needed the facial & the massage because I was stressed out from work and I had just gotten over a car accident! I couldn't understand why they redeemed my Groupon without calling me or telling me prior, the lady claimed she called me but could not pull out records Then she mentioned that the massage therapist left so I got confused! For one they never even told me it I was getting a facial or a massage first, we went back and forth for about 20minutes without a resolution and I had to leave I called the next day asking to talk to the manager however I was told she was busy and I'll get a call but I never did l, she never even asked for my phone # so I was confused This has been my worst experience on Groupon and with any spa, and not only will I stop buying from Groupon I will also reach out to Groupon for my refund Worst experience EVER! read more

Once you pass the front desk, this place is worth every penny. We did a girls day out here and called ahead of time for reservations. Make sure your clearly specify what services you are wanting and get a verbal confirmation from the front desk. Agree with Lily L the massage was good however the owner has a mandatory 15% gratuity charge that is not listed anywhere on her website. It's not listed in the brochure or the services offered section and when asks about I was met with opposition. In addition there was a group of us and not enough staff to service all of us on 12/29/18. The hidden mandatory gratuity is in poor taste and poor business. read more

I used my groupon for a Moroccan Hammam (cermonial bath/scrub) and Moroccan faciaI. Overall it was a great experience with few exceptions: I feel that the front desk could appear more knowledgeable or engaging. Other than that, the Hammam experience was pretty amazing. It was calm and relaxing. I would only suggest that they give you some guidance on what to expect when you come in. They could do better with their "bikini" option as they seem like they are useful for the extra small folks and not respecting people of all sizes and shapes. The ambiance is really nice and welcoming. I liked the lady who did my Hammam today as she was very respectful and made you feel comfortable. I tried the facial and it was your basic run of the mill facial. I felt like there couldve been more. Overall the staff are really nice and this place has potential. This place was great. From the cute sitting lounge to the hamaam and steam room. The facial person was great. The bathing person Esmeralda was amazing. Highly recommend. Would suggest some toiletries in the changing room so you can use lotion!! or hairbrush before you leave. Otherwise it's clean and nice. The tea was excellent. I was told what to expect from the experience. We were not told/instructed to leave the mandatory, 15%tip, she just asked if I wanted to leave a tip at all which was great.
