The theater has plenty of seating and the staff are all so friendly! There are stairs so be sure to check the website which tells which films are being shown upstairs for anyone who has limited mobility. The seats are surprisingly newer & very comfortable. They "rock" or "give" a bit for anyone who likes to lean back instead of sit on what feels like a wall of bricks (like most old theater seating.) In doing this they proved that they are listening to customer feedback and really want their theater to be a thriving business in Lenoir. I didn't see if this means an additional outdoor light or two would be added to the parking lot. This is needed because it isn't exactly the best part of town. But as a customer I can't wait to see the changes and we will be back.

How rude of those kids to wake him up while trying to watch the movie their parents paid for. Naturally, you might expect staff to step in--but don't worry, they were fully aware of the situation and chose to allow it. Even the homeless need their sleep... and what better place to catch some Zzz's than a crowded movie theater? All of this made for a pretty uncomfortable and poorly managed experience.
