The theater has plenty of seating and the staff are all so friendly! There are stairs so be sure to check the website which tells which films are being shown upstairs for anyone who has limited mobility. The seats are surprisingly newer & very comfortable. They "rock" or "give" a bit for anyone who likes to lean back instead of sit on what feels like a wall of bricks (like most old theater seating.) Lastly, parking deck is directly across the street if you can't find street parking. Enjoy your movie!

Offering better amenities & cheaper admission prices. I really enjoy coming to this AmStar by Santikos Mooresville location and have been for many years. The staff are always very kind & helpful, & the reclining chairs in the auditorium are the best in the area. There's plenty of room to get in & out of the aisles also. I adore the well lit & vivid colors of the lobby, white & lime green (my favorite color)! This theater has been properly kept up with & reasonably updated over the last 5-6 years. Earlier this year, they finally got the Coca-Cola Free-Style machines & they also now have super cool self serve popcorn machines. Popcorn, Soda, and ICEES are ALL REFILLABLE regardless of the size you order. The ticket prices are also reasonable given the updates made recently (and still less expensive than Regal Birkdale). Just saying! There could be some better "real-food" options, but other than that AmStar by Santikos Mooresville is currently the best theater for a movie going experience (aside from the AMC's at the malls) in the Lake Norman area! This Cinemark serves craft beer. We didn't grab any drinks this time, but we definitely scoped out the menu for our next visit. We even saw folks walking around with giant 24 oz pours--respect. The theater itself was super comfortable. Reclining chairs, a great view of the screen even in a full house, and an overall cozy vibe. Our food was delivered to the theater, and we just picked it up from the side area without missing a minute of the movie. That convenience alone is a win. Watching Lilo & Stitch in that setting felt special without breaking the bank. We laughed, reminisced, and had a great time.
