I got used to arcade pricing at places like Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge or other destination location arcades. The prices per game here make your money go a long way. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The variety of games is nice for kids and the claw games and prizes are enticing. Its not really an arcade for avid gamers, but it is awesome for families. I visited recently and was informed that they were closing. Im super bummed that they are closing. Hopefully its not permanent.

Note: They do offer regular ticket and non-ticket type games as well. We just didn't invest in them during this trip. Experience: My husband and I were really surprised about stumbling into this location while driving past the different stores available at the outlet. We had to stop by to not only check if there were claw machines, but if the prizes were good enough to invest in and we were surprised they were! We did the $100 deal that allowed us to get more bonus credit and a mystery prize, which ended up being an adorable Halloween Bulbasaur that had a pumpkin instead of his typical bulb on his back. My husband was having better luck then me in the machines, but I had fun regardless. What was cool about the claw machines was if you got 5 plushies from the same machine, you would be able to win the supreme size plush on top of the machine and no joke they were humongous! We didn't have too much luck in getting at least 5 plushies from one machine, but we did walk away with a handful of plushies, a small figure from a shooting game, and a bunch of cute little keychains. Definitely would want to try our luck in getting one of the supreme size plushies, but gotta make room at our apartment before than lolz

One gripe I have is that I wish the workers were a bit more attentive. We went on Monday and there wasn't anyone at the front desk for maybe 10minutes. They didn't have us watch the safety/instructional video which normally plays on a loop at the front of the pit gate. We had two double karts because our kids are young and we were put in a race with multiple other adults. The employees in the pit were good, one was a young lady who seemed new and a young man who obviously had much more experience. I'm on the shorter side and he recognized I needed the pedals adjusted and a booster seat. He also rechecked all our belts because the girl didn't put them on tight enough. So during our race we had to go slowly for the first lap, but then it was on! Unfortunately, I had to go slow because my daughter is small and apprehensive about the whole experience. I'm sure we were a hindrance for the faster racers, but most were very respectful and drove around us. One person in particular (an older black man who uses the name "007 Speed") hit me into the barrier 3 times and hit my husband and son's kart at least twice. He hit us with such force both of my kids have been complaining of neck pain. I told the experienced male employee but no consequences for Mr. 007 Speed even though each time he hit us they overhead announced, "No hitting other drivers or barriers. Next time you will be out of the race." When the race was done Mr. 007 Speed never acknowledged what he did or apologized. As we were leaving we saw him complaining at the front desk. So overall, I really like this place. It's geared for children and families, but definitely for anyone who wants to have fun. It would be ideal if they grouped drivers separately like they do for junior racers. Group adult racers with ones who have children/want a chill experience and a group for retirees trying to relive their glory days

My husband and I absolutely love this place. It has quickly become one of our favorite spots for a…read morerare date night because it stays open late, which works well for us since I am mostly bedridden and wheelchair-bound due to Stage 3 full-body CRPS and other medical pain conditions. I don't get out often, usually only for appointments once or twice a month and about once a month (sometimes every other month) for a date...so when I do, it's something very special that I have to carefully plan for, and I need significant time to recover afterward. Round1 has so many fun options all in one place. There's bowling, a huge arcade with both classic and modern games, racing games, basketball hoops, rhythm and dance games, and interactive skill games. They also have karaoke rooms, ping pong, and billiards/pool tables. It's really nice because there is something for everyone and every energy level...whether you want something active, competitive, or just casual and fun. We enjoy pool, basketball hoops, racing, several other sit down games like the Top Gun game. We have yet to order snacks as we usually get there too late, but will next time. We love Karoke so we may do a little Karoke The staff has always been kind, and the customer service is consistently good. We also really appreciate the security at the front it, it makes the environment feel safe and welcoming. We haven't tried bowling at this specific location yet, but we have at another Round1 and look forward to doing it here as well. One of our favorite things is just walking around and trying different games together...it honestly feels like stepping into a playful, fun space where you can forget stress for a while. My husband is incredibly supportive and often carries me so I don't have to use my wheelchair inside, which makes it easier for us to enjoy the experience together. Even though I'm 38 and he's 42, it truly feels like being kids again, laughing, playing games, and just enjoying each other's company. We're really grateful to have found a place like this where we can still make joyful memories together despite health challenges.

I was contemplating whether or not to just play something. Then, when I was playing the Star Wars coin pusher, thank goodness, I was finished because the card wouldn't come out onto the platform. I was like forget it. Likewise, it's quite discouraging and quite true (as stated throughout Reddit) that they don't refresh or change out their plushies/prizes like other locations. Although, I did see them starting to clear out some machines today. Why do I come here, you ask? It's literally, to me, one of the largest locations in NorCal (sadly). So many ufos, cranes, coin pushers, etc! An arcade extravaganza! IF YOU ARE DISABLED DO NOT COME HERE DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING ELEVATORS! (March 2026)

Event: Game # 7 NBA Western Conference Finals. Spurs vs. Thunder…read more It's fun, but like most avenues for fun these days, it's pricey. Located inside the Westfield's Mall at Solano Town Center (forever known to locals simply as Solano Mall for short). Better have your credit card on point or a wad of cash to see a good time here. We ate before arriving, looking to move beyond the basic pub food offerings. So, can't really comment on the burgers n' such. It's pretty much an unorganized and haphazard way of seating yourself when entering. We found a table close to the bar and with good sight lines of the big screens. But, signs at the tables say wait to be seated by a hostess (?) Took awhile to be acknowledged by a server, but we weren't in a terrible hurry either. Started with rounds of drinks. Non-drinker myself, my two 12 oz. canned non-alcoholic brews were $9 a piece w/o tip. My buddy had Blue Moon yard flights that were about $15 per. Your basic well mixed drinks range from $15-$20 per, with call drinks priced at market-bearing prices. The "eatertainment" chain also gets their hooks into you with their play passes. These are the cards that you can purchase for you & your kiddos if you wanna play their fancy, state-of-the-art video games. The venue pushes these pretty hard. They have very nice big screens showing the latest sporting events with no cover charge typically. Big plus there. But, of course, you're paying one way or another through the upsell. Server Tiffany was a sweetheart and took good care of us. Be sure to take care of your hard-working servers folks! The armed security guard-bouncers were (surprisingly) friendly & cool too. By chance, we bumped into old school homies who are well known in the music industry. They were looking to enjoy the place, drinks and the game on the semi-low. Linked up and exchanged rounds of drinks with them after they shotted us out. Separate bathrooms unattached to the mall were clean & welcoming, always a blessing when drinking of course. Look into adding the Dave & Buster's app on your phone to reward your spending. Why not get some credit for your purchases? And finally, if you drink, please do so responsibly. Use a designated driver or rideshare for the benefit of everyone (PSA). Thank you. Enjoy. Not a bad time at all, just can't let your financial guard down here or else you'll have quite another shock besides a hangover the next day.

But the remaining review is strictly going to be the food service and staff. They are the absolute worse! They need to hire more servers! Not bartenders! We got seated, and the host said somebody will be with us shortly. After sitting for well over 30 minutes, nobody checked In with us! I started to wave my hand, and get attention but everyone kept turning a blind eye. It's absolutely absurd that they make us wait and wait and wait, and after about 1hour I just sat up and left. The service is an absolutely the worse! Keep in mind this was a Thursday around 7-8pm! Which is prime time! Many of the arcade machines are solid, but require some maintenance.
