With a wasabi and fennel infused vodka, it was too unique not to be curious about. Upon arriving and looking over the menu, SEVERAL cocktails stood out to me as intriguing to try. I started with the Wabi Sabi which was as interesting as it sounded. While I didn't pick up on fennel, you do pick up on the wasabi, but in the most subtle of ways. Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt. I did the HH chips and guac which was also accompanied with a tasty Chipotle sauce. Damn good actually. It'd be excellent served in a variety of ways. The deviled eggs aren't going to blow your mind, but I like that you get 4 different ones- and simply because I love eggs, I'd order them again. (They just wouldn't be a dish that brings me back). The bartender was great- helpful and attentive, even as more people began to filter in for an early afternoon. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Napa to check out some other menu options.

I won't bother with the things I liked after my card was used for fraudulent online purchases by someone at this location and I believe it was the male bartender...who I just happened to take photos of. I used cash and credit card everywhere accept here where I used my debit card with the male bartender. My friends used their cards with the female bartenders that arrived later and had no issues/fraudulent transactions. I don't know how it happened as I still had my ATM card, but as I headed home that evening I got a fraud alert showing 7 transactions just under 400 made at an online thrift store. They attempted an 8th purchase which was declined by my bank and the only reason I was notified. The place wasn't packed (Maybe 6 other ppl outside my group) and no one else was close enough to scan or get my card information from me other than the male bartender. My bank told me after investigating it was initiated from a Napa IP address and no, I don't live in Napa and of course i didn't make these purchases. I'm filling out a police report as well in hopes this won't happen to anyone else and to ensure that there are consequences for the person that did this. Just made a great day into a foul experience.

They finally let us downstairs to the alleys where we were able to get our bowling shoes and put in a food order. The food selection was not bad, but after leaving, I realized I ordered two kid menu items which come with a drink, entree, and ice cream...but they gave us the entrees and not the drinks or ice cream. When the orders came out, they had also forgotten on of the entrees as well. Good thing I noticed the missing burger, but wompwomp on missing the additional kid meal items. Make sure you check your orders!! The spicy chicken sandwich and the buffalo wings were super slathered in sauce and very salty. The kids burger was burnt and my toddler didn't touch it. The fries and quesadilla were really good though! The kids had a fun time with the bowling experience - they had kid friendly items like a ramp for the ball and bumpers..plus some 7 lbs balls that my 3-year old was able to manage lol. The bar tenders at Mercantile were friendly and took good care of us throughout the evening. They had outdoor patios that are clean and equipped with outdoor heaters and fireplaces so it was very warm and chill.
