Pan seared scallops: perfectly cooked scallops, crispy pork belly, and a to-die for leek purée. It was plate-licking good!

We visited the newly opened Silverado Matchplay this weekend and were very impressed. The reimagined restaurant strikes a great balance between elevated dining and comfortable warmth; stylish, cozy, and inviting all at once. The shuffleboard and darts in the bar area are a fantastic touch and give the more casual side of the restaurant a fun, social energy. For an opening weekend, the service was far smoother than we've experienced at many new restaurants. There were a few small lags, but the staff was welcoming and attentive throughout despite obviously being extremely busy. Once ordered, the food arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The wine selection was also excellent, including accommodating off-menu requests. Overall, an impressive debut and a wonderful addition to Napa's dining scene. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to others!

Steak and fries! Tender and flavorful! Recommend.

The restaurant has a counter-service setup where you order first and then find a table, but the layout is a bit tough. There isn't really any free space to stand and review the menu before getting in line without completely blocking the way. I ended up ordering an almond croissant and the loaded chorizo potatoes. I was so excited for the potatoes since it combines three of my favorite things: potatoes, hollandaise, and chorizo. Unfortunately, the taste just didn't live up to the presentation. The chorizo tasted nothing like traditional chorizo, almost like a completely different meat. The dish was heavily doused in sauce that it totally overpowered the flavor. I didn't even manage to eat half of the serving. The saving grace was definitely the almond croissant, which was delicious. It was perfectly buttery yet crispy, and topped with just the right amount of almonds and chocolate. Overall, I think the main breakfast dishes are worth skipping. I don't think I would return here for a meal, but if I had to come back, I would strictly stick to their pastries.

David and his wife create a genuinely warm, welcoming experience that feels more like being hosted than served. The menu is bold and beautifully executed. Portions are a solid 10/10 without compromising quality. The café de olla alone is worth the visit--rich, aromatic, and instantly took me back to my abuelita's kitchen. The crab eggs Benedict was flawless, and the house-made salsas--especially the raspberry and mango habanero--are next level. The latte was really good, the punchy cardamom (which I love) and the vanilla are a great combo, which is probably not for those who don't like to taste the spice, it is very spice forward. The Tostada Rancheros con Carnitas was also pretty good with savory and small sweet notes throughout, I just felt it was missing some depth; but for how quickly it arrived and how fresh it was, it was good. The ambiance is great, comfortable with a nuetral-toned landscape and a vinyl record player going I felt welcome right away. My table was wobbly despite the feet being flat as the tabletop itself seemed to be loose which made it a bit challenging to cut and eat my food without fear of my plate or latte accidentally tipping over. Overall I definitely recommend Southside.

It has the standard corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut, and thousand island on rye. No notes on the sandwich really. Just well done. It came with a side of fries, which were just okay. Not bad. Not great. Just okay. - Dungeness crab Benedict: this is a crab cake topped with poached eggs and a jalapeño hollandaise. Amazing. Very crabby. The hollandaise didn't really taste jalapeño-y nor was it spicy. The side of hash browns was nice enough. Better than the French fries. We happen to be in the area and so we decided to finally check them out. We arrived on a Friday afternoon for lunch recently. The cafe is located in a nice area in Napa off the Sonoma Hwy. Parking is accessible in the parking lot outside. The exterior of the red barn looks like your typical classic and traditional farm structure. Inside the nice modern decor is sleek, cozy, and rustic. There are plenty of tables and booths for dine in. We ordered the green eggs and ham, corned beef hash, the Carneros breakfast, and a half a dozen of the Boon Fly donuts. Everything was delicious and hearty. My green eggs and ham had a unique presentation with green lemon leek cream drenched on top. The flavorful cream complements the hash browns, eggs, and ham very well. My nephew said his corned beef hash was very tasty. The Boon Fly donuts were soft, warm, and sweet. The chocolate sauce was the perfect dipping sauce for the donuts. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Boon Fly Cafe. The staff were nice and accommodating. The vibe was warm, family friendly, and welcoming. The price point was fair. The food came out quick and the portions were big. I hope to be back to try other food items on the menu.
