Sky & Vine is located on the rooftop of the beautiful Archer Hotel in downtown Napa. We needed a palate cleanser after our sparkling wine tasting, and this was the perfect spot! Service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the panoramic views of the city and valley were wonderful. They have a fantastic cocktail selection which is a great option if you need a break from wine tasting after a long day in the valley.

This place came highly recommended, so we decided to make our way up to the rooftop bar. You enter through the hotel lobby and take the elevator to the top. The hotel itself looked stylish and inviting, and the rooftop seemed like a great spot to relax with a cocktail while enjoying the views. Unfortunately, we had another commitment and didn't have time to stay for a drink, but I'm glad we stopped by to check it out. It definitely made a great first impression, and it's now on my list for a future visit when I can spend more time enjoying the rooftop experience. Cheers to next time!

Sky & Vine has one of the best rooftop locations in downtown Napa. The open-air setting, city views, and overall ambiance make it a great spot to relax and take in the skyline. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the setting. While I was seated quickly, everything after that was slow. I ordered a passionfruit cheesecake, which arrived without utensils or a napkin, and getting a server's attention afterward was nearly impossible. I even noticed a nearby couple struggling to get service as well. The dessert was fine, but not enough to make up for the experience. I eventually walked up to the bar to pay and left after only a few bites. It's a beautiful space with incredible potential, but the service falls short of what such a prime location deserves.

We were in town for an early morning Gondola ride down the Napa River and decided to make reservations at this rooftop restaurant. It's on top of the Archer Hotel. We were impressed by the hotel modern decor. We were seated immediately, and greeted by our server Gavin , a super cool and friendly guy ! The food was served in a timely manner . Our drinks were served first and very delicious! The breakfast sandwich was delicious and served with a medley of colorful potatoes which were slightly overcooked. I wouldn't order those again. We enjoyed the music selection of the live DJ and the relaxing atmospheres, however, personally I was disappointed with the view. I was expecting a nice view of the City but unfortunately from the angle we had, there were only beige buildings and construction. I would most definitely come back, maybe stay at the hotel, and even eat at the restaurant again . Views are nice , but they are not the whole experience! Until next time, Cheers .,,

Steak was amazing I would definitely recommend. The view and the atmosphere is everything. Perfect for girls night or date night.

This place delivers a great overall experience with a lively vibe and a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. The view could be a highlight, though it's currently a bit obstructed by nearby construction cranes, which takes away slightly from the full rooftop appeal. Service was a touch slow at times, but the staff made up for it by being attentive and engaged once they got to you. The wine selection stands out - short, solid variety and the option to sample at the bar makes it easy to find exactly what you like. The bartender is knowledgeable too, who was able to guide toward a full-bodied Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that nicely hit the mark. The burger came out impressively large with two patties. Didn't get a chance to try it personally, as we ordered it for the kids, but at $22, it's definitely on the premium side. Overall, a strong spot with great potential once the surrounding construction clears up.

Stopped here for a drink. Really good roof top environment with open and covered seating. Food was a bit on a the pricier side but I guess what do you expect from a bar attached to a hotel. Server was very nice and friendly and made sure to keep checking on us even tho we only got drinks. Would go back for drinks but maybe not food.

Great customer service! Katie was super sweet and so outgoing- which I love! We only came here for drinks because we just ate. Nice layout. I'd love to come back!

View is super nice especially when the weather is nice. It's a nice hangout spot but wish service was better. Drinks took over 20 minutes (for their signature cocktails). Food came out fairly quick but drinks took so long that we finished our food before we could even get our drinks. When we tried looking for our server to cancel our drinks at this point, they were nowhere to be seen and there was only one other table besides us. The food was ok definitely not great and probably wouldn't come back here for food. Wings were extremely dry and needed some sort of sauce. Fries were better. Drinks were ok but not worth the price nor the wait.

Went to Sky&Vine for some apps in between wine tasting and it was so needed! The food was delicious. We pretty much got all of the sides(lol), a couple apps and a few things on their brunch menu. My fav was the lox platter and wings. The best part? Enjoying the CA sun on their rooftop. So good to soak in the sun & notes after a couple of bites if you know what I mean.

We love this spot in DT Napa. Amazing drinks, food and service with killer sunset views. I can't drink alcohol and their mocktails were amazing. We will be back every-time we are in town

With a wasabi and fennel infused vodka, it was too unique not to be curious about. Upon arriving and looking over the menu, SEVERAL cocktails stood out to me as intriguing to try. I started with the Wabi Sabi which was as interesting as it sounded. While I didn't pick up on fennel, you do pick up on the wasabi, but in the most subtle of ways. Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt. I did the HH chips and guac which was also accompanied with a tasty Chipotle sauce. Damn good actually. It'd be excellent served in a variety of ways. The deviled eggs aren't going to blow your mind, but I like that you get 4 different ones- and simply because I love eggs, I'd order them again. (They just wouldn't be a dish that brings me back). The bartender was great- helpful and attentive, even as more people began to filter in for an early afternoon. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Napa to check out some other menu options.

Great tunes, great atmosphere, and a bartender who clearly knows how to make great drinks. We asked what music they normally play and they responded it depends. At their busy times it's mostly hip hop and R&B, other times the bartender's will throw some music on. I would suggest stopping in to have a great cocktail and see what they're playing. This was a fun, unexpected stop that made our night even better. Shout out to JV for the fun experience! I didn't catch the other staff members names but they were funny and welcoming as well. Conveniently located near several downtown staple stops, it's an easy addition to an afternoon or evening exploring the area. The cocktail menu is extensive, with plenty of creative options and stories behind many of the drinks. For my fellow gin cocktail girlies, I'd recommend starting with the Bronx Cocktail. For round two, the Bee's Sneeze is another solid choice. I paired my drinks with the lobster roll, which was the standout food item of my visit. The bun was light, fluffy, and perfectly toasted. While the lobster salad wasn't the best I've ever had, it was a very solid bite for a dive-lounge-style bar. I'd skip the chips it comes with, but the fries are absolutely worth ordering. One small service hiccup worth mentioning: the fries are listed as coming with a herb aioli, but mine arrived with ketchup. When I asked about the aioli, my server initially tried to play it off before eventually sharing that they were out. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was an odd interaction that could have been handled more directly. The atmosphere is a dark, casual lounge with a cozy hole-in-the-wall feel along the river. The staff was welcoming. If you're looking to trade wine tasting for a cocktail side quest, The Fink is definitely worth a visit.

This place is a new favorite of mine…read more I think as I go to more and more Tiki Bars, I really gravitate to the ones that have more unique drinks. I make drinks at home. I've had a traditional Mai Tai a million of times. Do you have Tiki Drinks that are going to make me want to drive 45 minutes to you? On top of that, is your food worth it? I'm happy to say that the answer to both of these questions are yes. I've gone here 3 times within the last two weeks and one item that is a constant order is the Orange Chicken. Nowadays I think people are used to the classic super sweet Panda Express style Orange Chicken that you'll also see occasionally at your local Chinese food restaurant. Wilfred's Orange Chicken definitely is sweet but its not as sweet as what I used to and I'm not mad about it. There's a lot of depth with the sauce. I don't know if they are just putting more soy sauce or dark soy sauce...Maybe it's Oyster/Fish sauce? Theres definitely some kind of extra Umami going on. An added plus is that it pair perfectly with the tanginess of the Pineapple Fried Rice. For drinks my favorites have been the Manta Ray and the Sanfroyosko. The reason being is just because these have been the more unique ones that I've been really enjoying. The Manta Ray is more tropical than one might think. However it's tropical with a bit of funk. The combination of the Gin, Falernum, and Sauv Blanc Syrup really add to the complexity. The other drink I really like is the Sanfroyosko. If you are a Mai Tai lover, this is the one to try. The substitution of the typical tums with the Shochu, Sake and Pisco add even more of a Wine and floral flavor profile to the drink. On top of that the Sesame Orgeat gives and even more nuttier flavor than normal. But despite all these flavors going on, it still kinda tastes like a Mai Tai. The service has always been amazing. Every person who has served us has served us with a smile. But even despite how friendly they are, there still remains this sense of professionalism with their interactions. They check in at the perfect times. They ask how we are enjoying everything and share their favorite things to drink/eat. With the amazing tiki decor and island music, you really do feel like you are on an Island anytime you eat here.

Here is everything we sampled Spam fries - breaded and deep fried, placed in a spam can for presentation, it was piping hot, slight crunch for anyone that has not sampled this before let us just say it is different good deep fried pickles - if I see this on the menu I try it wherever it is offered, the pickles did not have a snap, tasted old, dipping sauce on side was ok but the pickles sadly did not taste fresh natsubi - fancy musubi with spam just added furikake and drizzled with sauce on the smaller side but it was decent smash burger - made with two patties regular hamburger bun, not sure why but both patties were dry and overly burnt, less then a 3rd of the burger was finished by my son saying they messed this up bad, my daughter ordered same thing had less then a bite saying it was to burnt to eat wife had the teriyaki salmon plate, for the most part had a nice glaze and tasted good my kids who really don't like fish picked off my wifes plate both saying it was good we ordered several drinks to wash down all their dislikes lol for the kids non-alcoholic and for us alcoholic Manta Ray - several alcohols in this drink it was strong and good, definitely order this Ube-Bae-Baby - pineapple, coconut, ube this was made well I would order this again Banana Dreams - banana, grapefruit, lime, pineapple this was also flavorful I would order this again Pagan Ritual - i could taste the rum but not sure what else was added but I would also order this again of the 4 drinks the presentation of the manta ray and pagan ritual were really well done, put those on your instagram feed again for the food I would not eat here again but for the drinks, ambiance and liveliness of the place definitely a place you want to experience for yourself food ** pass on the food price $$$ service ***** top notch service, helpful staff, friendly staff ambiance ***** been to my share of tiki bars location for this one is spot on, it was open and very visible based on looks alone from other restaurants in the area
