When your primary form of communication is via email it would benefit you to sound remotely professional. 3. Overall the management/owners were unprofessional and rude. I was continually confused about why I was asked to fill work orders out with details that were blatantly not reviewed prior to coming to the unit. Received email warnings about "excess animal waste" outside our unit when we didn't have a pet at the time. There aren't many options in 29 and it seems Western Home Builders seems to be aware of the lack of competition with how unprofessional they are. Tenant should receive any/all pertinent details, P.O. purchase order, contacts, vice versa, as to ensure a seamless endeavor.
