I had to call them and when they told me they'd put me on the schedule first thing the following day, I said NO! I waited 5 hours before I called. We'd told them what we had & Justin arrived with replacement that fit to existing ceiling tracts. Installed new wall "clicker" & made sure my vehicle "sinked" with new unit.
