I was cleaning my natural gas burning stove top and the electrical igniter started sparking repeatedly without stop. I immediately called Marshall's , a nice voice answered and guided through the steps necessary to resolve the issue. The Serviceman explained everything to me and patiently stood by while I implemented his advice. I was nervous working near the natural gas and the electrical system. Don't even call him. He's a HUGE FLAKE. He'll sound legit on the phone and tell you that he'll have it done on time, but then when you call him on the day he promised, he won't answer the phone. (BTW the phone number is a landline) The address above is his home. I had to end up going there to pick up my item unfixed because I was not going to have it sitting in his house. I learned a lot about my refrigerator that day. Live and learn. I called for an appointment and actually joked that he didnt have the best reviews for showing up. We had an appointment today, he didnt call or show! This guy is a TOTAL FLAKE! He called me at 8:30p the same day stating he had the part (even though he never came out for an estimate or diagnostic) said he would be out today, no sign of him. Now I have to go through the weekend with my laundry piling up and find another RESPONSIBLE repair shop on Monday. Avoid this guy! read more

BEWARE!!!! I wish I could give him zero stars! He came and fixed my dryer it cost me $50 he said the motor had blown out and we had one that my sister in law had given us that was in her house she had just bought which ended up being exactly the same as the one we have so he ended up fixing it by switching them out and hooking up the gas line since our other was electric two weeks later it stopped working i called him and told him that the drum would not spin so my clothes were not drying he said he would come back free of charge since he had just been out and charged me so when he came back he said the belt had broke and it would be another $50 I told him no thank you I'm just going to purchase a new set so I don't have to worry about it breaking down again he said well I can fix it and it will be like new I again said no thank you, he said okay well you owe me the money for coming out and i told him i thought you said it was free since you just came out he got upset so i just gave him the $5 (I shouldn't have done it) so he said he was going to put everything back together I didn't have any problems the first time so i didnt think anything of it, so a few weeks later my husband decides to see if we could fix it and save money by taking the parts from the old dryer so we look for the belt that went to my other dryer since they're exactly the same dryer needless to say it was not there then we noticed there were other parts missing from my dryer that had been fixed and the other one that we switched it out with! I called and asked if he accidentally took the belt (at the time I didn't know about the other missing parts) so I didnt make it seem like i was accusing him and he kept denying that he took them when I called to ask about the other parts that were missing he never picked up or returned my calls I finally got one of the parts fixed only to find out he took both of the lint catchers! I called him again this time blocked no answer he only gives out his home number but said his cell number comes up blocked.. now I know why if you don't want to be taken advantage of and up having a stolen then my advice would be not to use him for ANYTHING!! read more

Reason for 2 stars is because I called and made an appt and then called the day of the appt to cancel and before I could even get a word out, he started making excuses about how he isn't sure when or even IF he'd be here today and then proceeded to tell me that he made the appt for Saturday OR Sunday, which isn't true at all. He literally would not let me even talk. Kept talking with excuses and when I said I'd like to cancel, he continued to talk over me and convince me that he MIGHT come tonight, a "late" appt and he'd do me the favor of calling me first to let me know if he could come. Seriously, not professional at all. I literally had to finally say, "if I could get a word in..." And then He left me talk. I had already had a man come by this morning and diagnose my fridge. I need freon. So, out of curiosity I asked him how much it costs to replace freon. He not only corrects me that you don't "replace" it, but you "add" it, but he also tells me that freon is not my problem. Funny, he's diagnosing my fridge over the phone now but hadn't even planned to come by today as scheduled. U proceed to assure him that it is freon and then he said, "I think we should cancel". Yes Marshall, yes we definitely should, hence the reason for my phone call today. I think he did me a favor in being flaky. I'm getting my fridge fixed today at 4 by a reputable man who showed up this morning when he was supposed to. read more
