They worked around my schedule and we got a date on the calendar with a 3 hour window. They were able to give me a call when they were headed to my house. That was helpful because I work about 15 minutes from my home. I was able to get home in time to meet the repairman. The rate is $139 for showing up, but that is applied to the work done. The repairs were professional and Jose explained the issue. There was a leak in the connection to the dryer. He fixed that issue and explained the condensation issue came from the dryer vent to our roof being clogged. He cleaned that out as well. I paid a total of $249.
