Called customer service number ti see if, I could return at this location. Was told I could. One there, had an issue with not wanting to give me the original payment method. This store wanted to give me a gift card when I had the original receipt with tags. Manager Steve acted as if he wanted to fight as was very rude. Very poor customer service. In fact, he taunted me an encouraged me to call corporate on him and file a complaint. I took his advice.

When I take donations in they're always appreciative and offer assistance even going out to my car to help. The selection at this location can be a bit hit or miss and the cleanliness of some of the garments has stressed me out a few times. But the sales and deals are often very good. Plus, if you sign up for rewards and texts, there are extra ways to save. Climate control is often a challenge ; lots of air conditioning in summer and heat in the cooler months so it's wise to dress in layers if you plan to shop around some.

The checkout staff is always overwhelmed, again not enough so line tend to be long and very slow. INVENTORY: Apparel, accessories, designer purses, and lots of shoes! You won't find home goods or decor here. You will find way beyond the online shop inventory. You can easily build a fashionable outfit here for you next night on the town - Hingetown and beyond! I was most drawn to the furs and lingerie-type dresses at this shop. Employees are too lazy to train, but somehow want shift lead/assistant manager position pay. They talk about you and customers for no reason, to other employees. I was sent to the dressing rooms to work for the rest of the day and gotten told to "do my job" in front of customers, by the manager, as he walks by. He could have pulled me aside and told me that. I'm not going to discourage people to not work here, just giving my perspective at this place. It's a great job to work if they have people who are fun to work with and not a'holes.

Simply checking the "pick up in store" option allows you to get the same clothes you would in the store at an added discount.
