I am unable to get to the Wethersfield location prior to 2 PM seven days a week. I came in today at 1:55 and they would not allow me to leave my items. I kindly asked if I can come back tomorrow or make an appointment after 2 PM any day of the week and they told me no. They told me that I would have to no longer be a customer if I could not come in prior to 2 PM. This seems outlandish to me, especially given that I work with an extremely vulnerable population. I've never encountered such dissatisfactory sales service in my entire life. I would not recommend this location and I've never in my life gone out of my way to write a review on anything. Extremely dissatisfied.

You would think if you are paying $200+ for a dress they would at least try to accommodate and get a size that was close. Now because of how big the dress is we had to spend an additional $200 for the dress to be altered. So in total a bridesmaid dress is costing $400 for 1 day.
