This is the worst Marshall's store I've ever shopped. The treatment of customers by the associates and management here is completely atrocious. I am appalled at how I was treated and spoken to by the management of this store. The first issue I had was when I was next in line at the checkout. The manager was helping at the checkouts due to the long line. She hit the button that says next and what number checkout to go to - the number at the checkout lit up and was blinking, so I went to the checkout. I was met by the manager shaking her head and arms at me saying in a rude, nasty tone of voice, "WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE ARE READY!" She proceeded to take another customer and made me return to the line. It sounded like she was scolding me as if I were a school aged child who cut the line! Unreal! The associates at the checkout area are non-stop talking about customers right in front of the customers in line and during the checkout process; they are speaking mostly in Spanish when they assume you don't know what they are saying - I can understand more than you think I do and I know you are talking about me and others in line and you are not saying very nice things. I made a purchase (over $150 total) of 8 items at this store. When I got home and took my items out of the Marshall's bag, I found only 6 items. I immediately called the store about this and I was placed on hold for 23 minutes, then hung up on. I called again, was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. Then, another person picked up the call and had no idea why I was calling. I explained the issue again and was placed on another hold that ended in another hang up. I contacted the Marshall's customer service through their corporate website. The corporate line sent my call through directly to the store where I ended up speaking with the manager who was extremely rude over the phone and blamed the problem on me! She verified that the missing items from my purchase were at the register and told me that they were in a small bag. When I completed the transaction, the cashier only handed me one large bag! I was never given a small bag! How is this the customers fault? She then said she could send me the missing items and in the same sentence she said they could not ship the items to me! She was contradictory and extremely rude over the phone and repeatedly blamed me for the checker not giving me all of my purchased items. She refused to refund me and told me the only thing I could do was to drive back to the store and pick up the items. She also said the only way I could be refunded was if I drove back to the store. I explained to her that I live over 30 minutes away from this location and I would not be driving all the way back there for a refund of $2.00! I would burn more money in gas driving there! She refused to help me. After this phone call, I called the corporate customer service line again and was issued a refund for the items that conveniently never made it into my bag. All this fussing and arguing with the management was over a whopping $2.00!!!!!!! The corporate customer service line issued me a refund over the phone, which was something the manager lady said could not be done. I have NEVER been treated so horribly as a paying customer in any store! This should never happen to a customer at any business!

Many things are available and was able to get tumblers. Only cons of coming here is a long wait in the line. But I enjoyed my shopping

I just love going to this Marshall's. I always seem to find something that I either need or want or don't need or want but get it anyways! Haha! There's just so much to get here, you can get anything from clothes, beauty supplies, cooking, gifts, baby stuff, electronics, car essentials, bathroom and kitchen essentials, pet stuff, the list goes on. I come here mostly for the holiday clothing, I always find cute holiday outfits that you can't find at the mall and they always have the cutest and most unique Christmas clothes for guys and I always get them for my bf. There are also good options for kitchen essentials and at such an affordable price. I've gotten things for storage and to make everything more neat and organized for my fridge and it really makes a difference. They also have good snacks that you can't find anywhere else at a grocery store. I found dark chocolate gummy bears. They also have so many candles, it's crazy but everything looks so cute and festive. Even their gift section is unbelievable, you're gonna want to get things for yourself for sure. I feel like I come here every other week and seem to find something I just can't live without!!!

Great pricing on shoes. Wonderful service; Staff are always helpful. I found a pair of shoes I liked but there was no price tag. Staff members quickly looked it up for me so I could check out in a timely manner. Can't wait to come back.

This was the closest place here in OC to find BBC stuff but it doesn't look like they have much of it anymore. I only look at the shirts and hats because the jackets and pants/shorts always seem way over priced. I know some of these are limited edition but c'mon.. if you want $250 for a jacket you're gonna have to add more than a patch or small graphic to a regular looking jacket/hoodie to get my business. Also, this place could use some better customer service. I don't know how many times I've stopped by and the guy at the desk just sits there clicking away on the computer.

One of the nicer shops I've been to. Workers are chill, they have displays out, most of their supply is in the back, just ask for various sizes.

Only based on shopping experience…read more I had a lovely experience. Tried on multiple items, had an associate help bring my items to a room (because I had so many), and I continued to shop around. He was so lovely, and even remembered my name and checked in with me prior to leaving. I can't remember his unfortunately (he was tall, dark, and handsome). I got lucky enough to purchase items that were new/clean and for an extra 50% off. A Levis sweatshirt, Aritzia tank top, Princess Polly jeans, and a Patagonia dryfit shirt, for a total of $23 with tax. Surprised they have 12 employees working that day, a lot for a thrift shop. Checking out took abnormally long due to one register, and a buyer being upset from a past purchase and not agreeing with stores policy, felt bad for the worker handling that issue/confrontation. Apologies to everyone else who had a terrible selling and shopping experience. Hopefully they improve, and I definitely will return again for the meantime.

As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)

I made an appointment online, and Jasen reached out to me in advance to introduce himself. Jasen was extremely patient and took me through the entire process, which was immensely helpful for a guy who has no idea what he's doing in the suit department. Going through fabric books and picking styles was something I never thought I'd do, but it was super enjoyable, and Jasen made it a breeze. These guys have a beautiful facility--and an incredibly well-stocked bar--befitting of a true bespoke suit shop and they have a ton of casual options, shoes, and accessories to browse as well. When you're here, you get true concierge service that is becoming increasingly rare in any industry. When I finally put on the finished product, I was blown away. The tux is comfortable enough that I could go jogging in it, looks incredible, and truly felt like it was made for me. My only complaint is that I can never look at any of my other suits the same way ever again. I will be back.

The only reason I am writing this review is because Katie (blonde sales manager) single handedly…read moresaved my experience with this entire brand, as multiple other employees have ruined it. It's not worth explaining, but I had two horrendous experiences with their customer service. I came in for an exchange, in which an employee could not help with due to what she thought was store policy... I was walking out (fuming) when Katie stopped me, brought me back into the store, and helped me in 5 minutes. I was ready to be an ALO hater for the rest of my life until she went out of her way to make things right. The employees need better training on the products, they gave me false information and then contradicted themselves when I came back. I talked to many of my clients and colleagues about what happened, and they all had similar experiences with this location. For how much the products cost, the store needs more employees like Katie who are willing to go the extra mile to create solutions for you. I feel like they expect the customer to be an entitled rich person right off the bat, when everyone should be treated the same. I completely understand holding your ground and complying with policies, but it would be best if they knew the policies before enforcing them with cement. They may need managers to judge if an exchange is appropriate, and have more product knowledge. As I said to them in the store, I wish all the employees well and hope they don't take a customer's persistence personally. I will be so grateful for Katie's kindness and support for a long time. Otherwise I would be out $600 and this review would be 1 star.

One of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I've had. I returned a dress that didn't fit, and…read morethe employee repeatedly accused me of wearing it even after I explained I had not. I understand store policies, but the way she spoke to me felt extremely demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here anymore after this experience. The employee was a tall white woman with blonde hair and very bright pink blush, which made her easy to recognize. Her attitude and facial expressions came across very arrogant, judgmental, and discriminating, which made the situation even more embarrassing. It stopped feeling like a normal return and started feeling like I was being looked down on. I shop at Alo frequently and have spent a lot of money there over time, which made this experience even more disappointing. It wasn't even about the store credit at that point, it was about how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never make customers feel humiliated.
