I never entered this location until about a month ago, and since then I've been back over 4 times. You don't have to know what you need when visiting - the store will tell you. Haha. So I came for a secret Santa gift originally, and ended up finding what I needing (and then somethings for myself as well.) All of the times I've visited there was someone sweeping, people stocking, cashiers staffed and ample items available. The team is nice here I had trouble finding the Pilates supplies and before leaving thankfully I asked because I was walked over to the area. Parking is plentiful. The staff is kind. Stopped here before meeting a friend for lunch. My kids and I love browsing Marshalls/TJMAXX. This particular store seemed smaller than most we've been to and was in a bit of disarray. I know the Holiday shopping season is underway so maybe they wanted to get extra merchandise in the store but it just felt crowded and messy. Had an extremely uncomfortable, humiliating and racially/gender targeted experience in this location while in the dressing room area, this did directly involve an associate working there. I have contacted Marshall's corporate line directly and hope to hear from them soon. I would advise that if you are looking to try on clothes, avoid this location. There was an associate that behaved in a very racially targeting manner, as well as displaying no regard for gender. Be very careful. read more

We were getting ready for a trip to Key West recently and realized before departing that we didn't have enough summer attire for the whole trip. So, wanting to save our cash for vacation, we took a quick trip up to Marshall's and weren't disappointed. As with everything else in this line of shops, it's incredibly conveniently located near so many other things. We, of course, headed straight to the menswear section once we got there since we had a specific mission in mind that day. Right out the gate, they had an excellent selection of casual button-downs (perfect for Key West), nice t-shirts and even a couple polos for far less than you can find them elsewhere. We even found a few pairs of shorts, although that selection was a bit slimmer. It is February, after all. There were a couple of items that were kind of on the edge of certainty as far as fit (I may have put on a couple pounds during COVID), so we headed to the fitting rooms. The fitting room attendant was super friendly and the fitting rooms were clean and well maintained. We did a quick lap through housewares and my husband found some fun St. Patrick's day gifts for his employees and we headed for the checkout. While the checkout was quick and efficient, the cashier would not stop hocking the credit card even after we told her repeatedly we weren't interested. I'm sure there's an incentive for the employees to get applications, but there's a fine line between that and poor customer service. I would recommend they follow Target's lead. Ask once and if the answer is no, the answer is no. That was really my only complaint. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location today. I went to return shoe as it was damaged which I didn't notice when I bought. I was told that they can't return without receipt. I know return policy says "A valid government issued photo ID, name, address, and signature are required for non-receipted returns and may be required for use of the resulting merchandise credit". I was also accused that the shoe is used , I was embarrassed. I don't care for 16 bucks but I didn't have pleasant experience here today. read more

Marshall's - Damaged item sold but didn't accept return saying it is used - Department Stores Near Me - Euless, Texas

I will never again shop at Marshall's, despite being a long time customer. This happened during the X-mas shopping season 2023 at the Mansfield, TX store. I hadn't found any gifts this particular trip but I did pick up a personal item. Stood in the long holiday line for 40 minutes, got to the register and the checker commented "This isn't right" and walked away without explanation, leaving me puzzled. Came back with a manager and, long story short, said they had apparently priced the item wrong. He literally stuck a new price tag over the the old one...a the register...and rang it up, expecting payment. Are you kidding me, who does that?!? To make matters worse, when I complained to corporate they blindly defended the manager with a standard scripted reply that showed me they hadn't even bothered to read my complaint. I did feel a little better when the lady behind me in line, with whom I'd been having a pleasant conversation while waiting, promptly pushed her full buggy to the side and walked out as well. bed bugs galore, buyer beware. We purchased a pillow and in turned into a nightmare. we woke up a couple of days later with our pillows covered in bugs. they denied our claim since we didn't report within a certain timeframe. not worth the risk. read more

This Marshall's has some of the fastest cashiers I've ever seen. I wouldn't say the employees are all that helpful... or nice, but I usually don't mind because I try to keep to myself. Tonight one of them got irritated that I was shopping in pets and huffed away only to quickly come back once I was done. I get it I worked retail, it can be annoying but I am that girl who just spent $40+ on pet items (and regularly does so) at your location... probably would have spent more if I didn't feel like I needed to rush out of there at 7 PM. Aside from that, this store has the best stock of items from pet to beauty and clothes, haven't gotten too deep into the home section because I would be sold on everything but it always looks freshly stocked. Great location with great selections and fastest checkouts at any Marshall's I've been to! read more

Great prices!! This store is better than I thought it was going to be. I actually saw several things that peeked my interest. They have the clothes separated by size, which makes looking through the clothing racks really convenient. The selection of children's clothes was great. I was able to find several pieces of clothing for my niece's birthday, and at a really affordable price!! The lines were sooooo long, but all the registers were open, and they moved pretty quick. The cashier was incredibly rude to me for no reason. She made me feel beyond uncomfortable, gave me a nasty look as soon as I walked up, and made it a point to be disrespectful the entire time I was trying to check out. The lady at the cash register, Nazeen was absolutely terrible. We had a return without receipt (purchased from the south lake store the previous day) and she scanned it and said since it didn't show up we couldn't return it. We asked to speak to a manager while i went and literally found the exact same pair of jeans. The manager came over and promptly told the employee it was fine. Throughout the whole transaction, Nazeen acted as if we were doing something wrong and even took the pen away after she placed it down on the counter, before I could sign the receipt. She has no concept of customer service, never smiled and was rude. read more

I found some too faced mascara melt off for $3.99 in the area close to checkout just before it was time for me to pay. I had been looking for this product and was excited to find it cheaper than $24.00 so I quickly bought it only to get home and discover the box was empty! I had paid 4 dollars for an empty box! I immediately called the store and told them my dilemma and the lady basically said fuck you we cant do anything about it. So now I'm being punished bc someone else stole from the store. It doesn't matter if its 4 dollars or 100 dollars as a paying customer I should have been compensated in some type of way. read more

Okay, so story time. The other day I was hanging out with a friend when she mentioned going to Marshall's. "Um, excuse me," I said. "Who is this alleged Marshall you speak of." She was apparently dumbfounded so that's when we loaded up and off we went to the magical land of this Marshall dude. Y'all, I was NOT emotionally prepared. Walking in was like entering through the pearly gates. I immediately found a Calvin Klein backpack, and I fell in love right then and there. I decided that I need it in my life, and I got the back pack with absolutely no regrets. Originally priced at $200, after using a coupon, I was able to get it for $40. Yes, that's right. $40 y'all. That's it. Just $40. I didn't have to trade in an arm, or a leg, nor my first born, social security number, blood type, or soul. Just money. And just like that, I was HOOKED! Have you noticed that some Marshall's locations are either really good or they're kinda crappy? Yeah, me too. Well, this one somehow defies that and is somewhere in the middle. While my favorite Marshall's location is the one in Lake Worth, I come to this one often for odds and ends for the house. I love finding a good bargain, and you can definitely do that here. They have a pretty decent home decor section and now there is a HomeGoods right across the highway on the other side of 121 near the Target... SCORE! Anyway, the line moves well here and I have found the staff to be friendly. Overall, I recommend it. read more
