I have found it is easier for me to buy online from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and pick up easily by the dressing rooms. The staff are helpful and quick to get my items for pick up and also very easy returns. I'm here so often that I'm glad to see the same staff. Great value for buying for yourself and gifting to others. I do recommend you have them open your boxes for pickup there as I was missing an item one time and the manager quickly refunded for me the jeans. They do sell stuff in store that is not available online.

The associate I spoke with said she checked with her manager and that they'd honor the return. I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.

Since these are items that typically wear out fast anyway, I prefer to not spend an arm and a leg. I've not been so lucky on clothing finds here. Every now and then I find a cute top or fun jeans, but it's rare. One suggestion at the checkout: please stop over selling the TJ Maxx credit card. The first girl gave her spiel and I politely declined, but then the other girl helping the first girl went into the spiel too. Sometimes it's too much and it personally makes me uncomfortable having to say no; especially multiple times. I worked retail when I was younger, so I know they probably have a quota to get to keep their progress up, but please don't repeat it. Maybe the second girl didn't hear the first girl. My order even arrived a full week earlier than expected, which is always a win. It gave me plenty of time to try everything on and still make any necessary returns well ahead of schedule. I quickly pulled out the app and bingo! I found it and bought a shirt for $2.98 on that day. I came back today and hoping to strike another luck. Not necessarily the coupon but I had a good experience on the clearance rack at the other Nordstrom Rack in Westchase. But there weren't any thing for me at this Galleria store. Then, I went to the shoe clearance racks but there weren't any clearance shoes. Ok. I found a couple of shoes with special tags on the regular priced racks. Ugh. So unorganized. Back in the summer, it was my first time here after shopped at Westchase Nordstrom Rack and really liked the merchandise. I found a shirt with price tag from Kohls. After I pointed it out to the dressing room attendant, she found a Nordstrom tag to put on there. Then upon check out, the cashier tried so hard to sell me the store credit card. I told her politely as I needed to pay off my current credit card debt before I would apply for their credit card. She said "I'll be watching you next time you come in. You're going to apply for the credit card." I stopped going there during the day.
