Toni had the very worst customer service skills and horrendous professionalism. I have never ever…read morebeen treated sooo poorly. I realized that he had a terrible attitude and he seemed as if he did not want to work or have business so my husband and i left and went directly to the Poughkeepsie galleria. There is a store called Via Roma and it is across from Express. I went there once before with my husband for a suit. My husband was helped immediately by the owners son( forgot his name) measured and he will have his suit tailored promptly (I will pick it up tomorrow). Customers beware :if you don't want to get treated like a piece of bull crap on the floor, Do yourself a favor and hit up the Poughkeepsie Galleria. Toni: I hope you read this and improve your customer service skills and stop being a negative nancey with a lazy attitude.

I have heard not very good things about this store but I figured Id give them a shot anyway and see…read morewhat they had. I went online and made an appointment at the Newburgh location. We got there a few minutes early. I told the man that greeted us that we had an appointment and were looking for suits for our wedding. He said they dont do appointments and not to listen to what we saw online. He then asked what we were looking for. I explained what we wanted and he showed us what they had. I informed him we only wanted pants, shirt and shoes that we were buying the ties and suspenders separately. His attitude switched right away. He kept saying we should rent the whole suit. He then gave us the price for JUST the pants and shirt which was $150 plus $30 for the shoes. I said that was way more than the other places we have visited and he had a very bad attitude. I then asked him about the colored shirts that I saw on the website that were available to rent and he said they don't have them. That you "cant believe everything you read online." He kept pushing the full tux or full suit. I also informed him that I had received an email saying you get a free pair of shoes with any tux/suit rental. He said no that is not true that you have to rent the full tux (I reread the email and no where on it does it say that). The vibe in that store is very negative and he was not helpful at all. Once he heard what we wanted he didnt seem to care about us being there. I will never go there again. Guess the reviews I heard before rang true.

She purchased it on 12/6/15 and the glass on the top was supposed to be engraved with my initials. The humidor which cost almost $100 arrived in time for Christmas, no problem. So my wife just wrapped the entire box and pout it under the tree. When I opened the box it wasn't engraved at all! I told her that I didnt care but she was upset because it's what she wanted and she paid EXTRA to have it engraved. So she call the Corporate headquarters to tell them of the problem. They said not too worry, just take the humidor back to any Things Remembered store and they will send us a new one with the engraving on it. OK, 2 weeks later the new humidor arrives. I open the box and this time is WAS engraved BUT it was in the WRONG FONT! So AGAIN she calls corporate and they tell her to return that one as well and they will ship a new humidor directly to the store and the store manager will personally engrave it in front of us to make sure we're happy. So another 2 weeks goes by and we get a call from the store saying that the humidor that corporate shipped to them was damaged in shipping! That's when we had enough. We took our business elsewhere and we will NEVER deal with those bumbling fools again. By the way, the store in the Newburgh mall is now closed. Hmmmmmmm, wonder why?

Hiring Kayleigh Avery from Wild Blooms Bridal was the best money we spent on our whole wedding. If…read moreyou're on the fence about hiring a planner, do it, and hire Kayleigh in particular. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, professional, has a great eye for design and is just generally a delight to work with. I cannot recommend her enough, you will not regret hiring her. My husband (!) and I just got married this past weekend and man did Kayleigh do a fantastic job. Having gone through the process now I would say the most important thing to look for in a planner is organization, which Kayleigh has in spades. The planning process unfortunately coincided with a very stressful time for me career-wise (finishing grad school, job searching and then starting a new job). It took such a weight off my shoulders just being able to trust 100% that Kayleigh was on top of everything. Meeting with her was always a delight and she went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Also she did an excellent job designing the wedding. That was really the last thing I wanted to think about and Kayleigh took a half baked Pinterest board and some off hand comments I made and turned it into a detailed design board that perfectly captured what I wanted. The month of the wedding was where I really realized how out of our depths we would have been without her. There were so many more details that needed to be planned than I realized, particularly around the timeline. Kayleigh joined us for calls with our vendors and countless times she would ask questions that were absolutely critical but never occurred to me to ask. We even got compliments from our other wedding vendors about how exceptionally organized and on top of everything she was. I'm truly so grateful we decided to hire her, if my husband and I had been steering that ship it would have been an absolute disaster. We are pretty organized people but we also have demanding jobs and simply would not have been able to do it all and do it well. And on the day itself she really blew everyone away. Kayleigh has a real talent for herding cats (our family) with a gentle hand. She got everyone and everything where it needed to go and the day went off without a hitch. Some special highlights include making sure my mother in law had a comfortable place to stand for her speech because she was nervous about losing her balance, making sure I had a moment alone before the ceremony when I was freaking out and our whole families crashed the room we were in, and many more. Plus I'm sure there were many things she did for us behind the scenes that I didn't even see. Honestly the day was pretty perfect and a large part of that is thanks to Kayleigh. Additionally for florals we worked with Jessica from Wild Blooms. She was great to work with and very willing to work within our budget (florals was one of the places we were looking to save money and she was very kind and supportive about that). She was very professional and a lovely person, I would definitely recommend her.

She took her time showing dresses upon dresses for my daughter. Taking time to talk about each and every designer and giving us as many details as possible. There were many gowns to choose from. Jessica was relaxed and made us all feel at home. My daughter tryed many dresses and now has a sense of what she really likes. We never felt rushed. Their prices are reasonable, it's nice to have them nearby. Try them.
