I love this Marshalls because of so many reasons: 1) Ample parking and not too crowded like other Marshalls I've been to (i.e. Marshalls at Alta Arden parking is horrible) 2) Great shoe selection and they for the majority of the time they have my shoe size. I would never buy anything full price at a local department store because I know they will have cute shoes with name brands at discounted prices! 3) Clean! Every time I've come here the store is well put together. It's a discount chain and not all discount chains are going to be immaculately clean but for the most part I am not distracted by piles of random things everywhere 4) The home department is my favorite! They have so many home items (pots, pans, plates, frames, towels, and more) at great prices that sometimes I don't even bother going to Walmart or Target because Marshalls will sell quality name brand home pieces for less than Walmart or Target prices. 5) Lines can get long but the cashiers do a great job ringing up sales that the line moves pretty quickly. My boyfriend and I were here a few weeks ago after searching many stores for a valet that was elegantly looking for our new apartment in order to store our keys, wallets, charge our phones, etc. We searched everywhere including Ross, Bed, Bath and Beyond as well as Walmart and Target without much luck. We even went to the Marshalls at Alta Arden and was not successful. We came here and looks at the men's collection including home and electronics for men. We found our brown wooden valet (the perfect size, look and functionality) for $19.99. What a sale! I'm happy with this Marshalls and can't wait to come back for more sales and great finds! read more

Maybe I'm not getting the charm that this place is supposed to have. To me, it was just a dump. Went in to try and find a reasonably priced pair of earrings. At least the jewelry counter wasn't hard to find. It's right by the front door where the loss prevention guy guards all the booty. After glancing through the selection I was really wondering why every single item is under lock & key. Does this store have that desperate of a theft issue? Seriously, I saw a small pair of plastic turquoise faux pearls marked $25!! Nothing was organized according to style, brand or price. Just an overpriced, ugly mess. read more

Went to Marshall's to buy some underwear, one was clearance and one was not even though it was the same product just two different sizes. Marshall's wouldn't match the price and told me because they buy it from two vendors, they don't match the price. Well it wasn't allot money but it's the principality of it all. Marshall's is typically much cleaner and more well organized then Ross. It's a hard place to find something specific, but there are deals to be had; especially in the shoes. read more

walked in very fast because i left something at home. It was a crazy anxiety attack moment, i really needed it to complete the costume. Went inside to the Mens section hoping to find it, but nope. I was looking for a boater hat which they don't have because of the small selection of hats in general. . Was about to walk out, but i had to check the ladies side. Right before i did, i approached an sales associate and thank gawd she save my life. She was patient and directed me to the right aisle to find what i just needed. . Went to pay for it, and the lines were quick, only one person ahead of me. Anyways once the transaction was done, i marched right out and head back to the house to complete the outfit. . Overall i have been here several times, but nothing really memorable from here. Although this experience was just great to share how it went for me to shop last min. It was such a nice evening in Sac, so we decided to take a stroll over to Marshalls from the froyo place on the other side of the complex. Everything is new in this area, so the Marshalls seemed very clean and well-organized. My goal was to find a nice swimsuit, but I checked out the entire store. Either no one shops there or they get new inventory in regularly because they had a lot of good stuff, and a ton of stuff on clearance that looked good, too. I don't want to move back to Sac, but I wouldn't mind living so close to this Marshalls and the shopping center it's in. read more

I absolutely love coming to this place.... for their great selection of merchandise and awesome pricing but mainly I enjoy my visits because of that nice lady Who attends the ladies fitting room ... her name is Sheila I had to ask for her name because I want to make sure she gets recognize for her great personality and customer service Just comes to show you how little things go along way I was shopping for some clothes for a job interview and she made sure she gave me a great boost of confidence that was unnecessary but she did it anyways and to me that's genuine she is an asset to the store and one of the reasons why I'll keep coming back read more

I checked out their extra 25% off sale last week. OMG! I was in clearance heaven! Where else could I get an entire outfit for less than $54??????? I acquired a pair of Levi's jeans, cute Aerosoles shoes, a Kathy clutch, a shirt and a jacket! Why haven't I been here sooner? This place is soooo much better than the Ross that is about a mile away. This Marshall's is wonderful for dresses and active wear! But I have a hard time finding work attire, dress pants, tops and suit jackets.

Love love love this Marshalls! It is always clean, the staff is almost always friendly and they change their product out weekly. I used to be a department store shopper. Always at Macy's, Nordstroms, etc. Until my co-worker introduced me to marshals, Ross, tj maxx... Now I have a hard time shopping at the department stores due to this Marshalls. Great place for summer dresses or work suits. The shoe selection is wonderful! The house hold items are amazing! Love shopping here during lunch breaks but often come back late because there's just too much to look at!!! read more

I've never been a real big fan of Marshalls. I've always been a Ross girl. But after a recent visit (I guess they remodeled the store sometime ago), this is my place to go. It's very organized and clean. I don't have to worry about stepping over heaps of shoes in the shoe isle. Clothing is always in it's proper place. What I love the most is the housewares. I've never really been to a Marshall's, Ross, or Loehmann's before and I heard from all my friends that each of these places have awesome household items for cheap. With that being said, I wanted to go check it out and pick up a couple of items for my kitchen and bathroom. Marshall's is quite large and has a large selection of items ranging from shoes to clothes to home decor and etc. The only thing I would ever buy here would be the home decor though and also they have a decent selection of active wear. Overall, pretty satisfied with the items and prices and will be back to purchase more items to decorate/replenish my place. read more

Have shopped here for several years. For the first time, a woman was asking for money from shoppers entering and leaving the store. The manager was courteous but explained that unless the panhandling was happening inside the store, she could not do anything. read more
