It looked amazing on her but just needed one size larger. The Macy's 30% discount automatically added with and optional 25% discount with a Macy's credit card, which we declined - these department stores always try to push this. Anyways, we paid for the dress which will be delivered for free to our residence with a 30 day return policy. Browsed the men's section upstairs which offered all big brand clothing with a very classy dress suit and shoe section. The alteration area for the gowns strangely is located in the men's section. They provide a Price Check kiosk to scan apparel so that you don't need to hunt down an employee for a simple task.

2-11-22 Friday night…read more Needed a new dress for a wedding so I came here. Truly tried and true the best choices for social occasion dresses. So they re-arranged the store since my last time here. All the dresses were to the back of the 2nd floor near the cafe. I guess they figured you want it bad enough you will hunt it down and that I did. Very quickly found several dresses to try on but only put this one on. The first one was too big so I had to go back and get a smaller size. Lucky me even after eating McDonald's today and can still fit in a small. Than I FaceTimed hubby who was home to get his opinion. He liked it also I think he was thrilled not to have had to come with me. So I went to the register to pay. The good news is that I am a Rewards Member and if I come back tomorrow I get $ 75. to spend on any thing I want in the store. I have 180 days to redeem. So why did they drop to a four star from a five that I gave them six years ago? That's because the Men's department is truly lacking. Standing in line is the drawback but they had several checkout stands so it wasn't too bad. Three floors with cosmetics, designer handbags, fashion accessories, and women's shoes on the lower level. Second Floor is womens clothing and mens, children and home goods on the third floor. I saw a few things in the Anniversary catalog and wanted to see them in person. I still prefer buying in person. Picked up a couple of tops and had to order a pair of shoes because they were out of my size. The store wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon and customer service was above and beyond. This is one of the reasons I shop at Nordstroms.

They send you to nearby restaurants, meaning you have to eat out after spending thousands of dollars in the store. They always say it's out of service. If a child needs to use the restroom in an emergency, they won't let them. They blame the landlord, which isn't true because they've put a code on it now, and they still say it's out of service. No one should shop there anymore.
