First thing coming in the security guard tells us we have only 15 mins. 30 secs after that, a guy goes on the intercom and tells everybody the store is closing in 5 mins?!? 5 mins goes by and he tells everyone that the store is now closed and everyone needs to checkout and leave. This location really needs to get their staff on the same schedule here and not make up false closing times. If you guys don't really want to work and want everyone out of the store, just change your closing time to 10:30. Look at every other chain department store. When it's closing time, they make an announcement beforehand and when they actually close, but they don't start pushing people out way before then. Tustin Market Place is way better. They don't aggressively push people out and the security guard there is nice and friendly.

So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers.
